I’ve been visiting this place for years since 2016, and it has never failed me. I cannot speak for previous negative experiences with staff others have experienced, but every time I came here in the past and just last week the staff always served me and my partner well. Fair enough - it ain’t spectacular, and their English is not great however it is not as poor as some others have said here.

The eggette’s quality is always consistent, I went regularly in 2016 and five years later I came back and it’s still the same. The eggette is freshly made, thus very fragrant and delicious. It was fluffy on the outside and soft from the inside.

If you come here, and even in one of the negative reviews you can see how it always has a huge queue. That speaks for itself.

Yummy eggettes with delicious ice cream and toppings. We also bought a traditional Chinese pancake and it was great! Customer service is rushed as only one person taking orders and making the food so I could tell she was in a hurry. However being polite goes both ways, I always add please’s and thank you’s when ordering and tell my kids the same, as well as a smile to the person serving you, even if they don’t initiate the politeness. The girl said there would be a long wait and I said no worries. When I returned 15mins later and thanked her again with a smile, she said no worries and a genuine thank you back for being patient.. and also a smile too! I ordered in English and her understanding was fine. Not sure why people are complaining about language barrier...

I recently tried the fluffy pancakes and they were absolutely amazing! The texture was light and airy, almost like biting into a soft cloud. They were cooked perfectly golden on the outside while staying moist and tender on the inside.
