machi machi Burwood — Restaurant in Sydney

I came there at 11:10 and checked there were around 80 people before me. They have birthday promotion which today is last day and if u join member card for $10, u can get a gift box (key chain, a free drink and small tote bag). Someone actually crossed the line and after that the staff told me they had enough first 100 customers at 12:10. Literally, i have to wait 1 hour for nothing. The staff should control the line and people who lined up and brought their family later without noticing ( misbehaved manner). So disappointed with the big brand but uncontrollable system. I feel bad for the lady and the man in front of me because the are still waiting to buy the milk tea even though they cannot get any gifts

Ps: the point i gave is for uncontrollable system in the shop. Hopefully, the shop will do something, so people dont react the same situation ( crossed the line without noticing) like me. Machi Machi is located on a very busy Burwood road. The busiest time you’ll see the store full of people is from 8pm when people have just finished dinner and looking for drinks and desserts.
