Lotus Botanica — Local services in Sydney

Yesterday i bought only 1 sunflower and i just asked about the packaging for the flower because one the good staff didn’t explain us but another staff i think she is the owner looks us so rude and unhappy face. my bf has booked big flower before but she treated totally different. i’m not recommending this flower shop. u can find another flower shop more affordable and nice service. this shop so badddd service!! i don’t hv the pict of the sunflower bcs i was so upset for this shop and i asked my bf don’t go for this flower...

My partner sent me flowers for my b'day from Lotus Botanica. Beautiful flowers however they were already wilting when I got them home (they were delivered at 3.30pm). Its now four days later and I need to throw the bouquet out! An expensive bunch of flowers to last only a few days - not happy. We even went back to give them an opportunity to fix the issue but they just brushed it off. I recommend you go somewhere else to buy...
