The store clerk told me there were still plenty of peanut keychains left, so I felt comfortable going to have a meal and think about how many I wanted to buy before coming back. But when I returned a few hours later, they told me there were none left. I told them I thought there would still be some. They told me, “Turns out, there was no stock” and asked me to buy online instead. If they had told me there weren’t many left, I would have bought them right away. Read moreI have tried a gift order with them twice and both times were a frustrating experience full of hassle. Their pickup policy states explicitly that if you follow the nominated individual process that someone is able to pick up the order for you without showing the credit card, but the staff would not release it. This was arranged in advance, with this specific store branch, following their procedure, but they still would not release the gift to the individual. We also tried shipping the order directly to their house originally. Meeq's shipper lost the order, but meeq was content to only reimburse for the cost of the product and not the shipping cost despite it being their shippers error. Would not recommend this branch or meeq for any purchases unless you are able to go in person yourself. Disappointing...

Most notably, the manager Angie from Mini Meeq delivered excellent customer service everytime I came into the store and created a very welcoming atmosphere where the entire experience made me feel very genuinely valued as a customer. She went above and beyond in demonstrating exceptional care and attention and Mini Meeq has become my favorite blind box/toy/gift store that I've ever visited because of her phenomenal service :) I definitely recommend this store and will be coming back a lot more because of the service!
