One of the worst campus housing to live in while studying in UTS, Left a power bank bank with them when I moved out and the management team told me to collect it from the security department, The security team is hopeless when it comes to asking them for help, Asked them for my power bank, and they said it’s not with them and proceed to deny any knowledge about it even after I showed them the email from the management team. One of the lady security staff members at the front even swore at me and called me “bloody idiot”, “f word”, “piss off”.
