When we arrived it was extremely crowded and no one came to make sure we had a table. Luckily we were 5 and we managed to find a table which was dirty. There was a waitress who cleaned our table but only half of it. She went away and the food that was left before we arrived remained at the table. As we waited for around 3-5 minutes we just decided to put the food away ourselves. The whole place was pure chaos. There weren't enough waitresses and many many people. Around 75% of the waitresses were the ones who simply took leftover food and returned it to the kitchen. We waited around 20 minutes waiting to order and no waiter came to us. They were going from the kitchen to other tables back and forth. When we asked one waiter to order he told us "My colleague will take your order soon". His "Colleague" was one waitress who was responsible for taking orders. One waitress for a whole lot of people. We waited another 10 minutes until she came to take our order. We ordered and the food came out quite quickly. We ordered some desserts and two bottles of water. The bottles were small so we asked for another 2. As we got the other 2, a few minutes later another waiter arrived with another 2 bottles of water. We told him that we already got the other 2 we ordered. And then around 2 minutes later another waiter also came with also 2 bottles of water. We told him the same thing. The whole experience was chaotic. Waiting times were insane there was horrible service the waitress were also in chaos. Overall the desserts weren't that great but the real huge let down was...

We enter the place and the waitress behind the counter looks at us like we had just asked her all of her money. Not even a smile or a word to us, we more or less understand we can sit because the place is almost empty. We sit and she comes to take our order, visibly annoyed by our presence. I ask, in English, for "a cup of tea". She either doesn't understand, unacceptable for a place so close to an important monument in an European capital, or she pretends she doesn't, huffing because I have to repeat myself. Considering "tea" is almost the same in German, which I speak, this irks me. As we finally eat, another waitress is filling cups of water on the counter. She does it so mindlessly a considerable amount of water spills on the floor, which will never be dried. When I get up to pay, I am asked to leave a tip, which is actually optional. Despite the embarrassment of having to do so, I refuse and pay what I have to, considering the experience has been less than subpar. As I get to my table to gather my things and leave, the two waitresses start whispering between themselves in German, looking at us and laughing. Surely saying all positive things about the clients they don't even greet when they exit.

Visitors, do yourselves a favor and go to another place. You'll pay a little more, perhaps, but at least you won't be treated like this. And waitresses: You can change your job, if you dislike it so much. In fact, I urge you too, because your service...

This place was actual trash. Not only was the dessert (chocolate cake, honey cake, chocolate sundae) very mediocre and bad, but the service was horrid. We came in wanting to relax after the hot day and ask for water. The water did not come. Desserts came, but we still wanted the water, so we go to the counter to ask for the water again, and the hostess, in a very rude tone, says she's going to bring the water. Like 5 minutes later, she decides to bring the water, and for some reason, she says she's brining 2 waters even though we asked for one? At this point, we drank our remaining water from the water bottle we had. We had been avoiding using the water bottle as we were trying to be respectful with not brining outside drinks into the café. We tell her we don't need the water anymore, and then she YELLS back at us. We have been nothing but kind to her till this point, and just told her again that we do not want the waters anymore. Then she starts going on a temper tantrum, slamming stuff very loudly and acting like she's 5, even though she looked to be like 70 or something. We pay our bill and leave, and notice that quite literally everyone else has water.

Overall, waste of time, money, and too much attitude from the hostess working the...

I had time to visit AIDA again for tasting traditional strudel, however this time compared with St. Stephan cathedral branch strudel was tasty and fresh. Just little dry if you assume it contains apple)) Additionally if you are planning to taste it, I’d personally recommend when you just had snack or light something before not after full meal because it has quite huge and fulfilling portion. Even tho I had as kind of lunch , I couldn’t finished 🫢 I’d also like to mention the service was not that much pleasing as well, however the waitress was kind of rude when I asked dine in and will be alone. She made face and didn’t help me quite until I waited couple of minutes one lady got up and I just sit. But as usual when you ask the bill she was more than happy to help 😏 Nevertheless, I liked overall , but don’t put the expectations high, it’s quite average that you’ll receive in Vienna (sad but true )

It was our first time and we arrived with over an hour before our next appointment. We thought we were following all the rules and ordered the coffee, face-to-face, and the food with the online app. The coffee arrived, but then we waited for nearly an hour with increasingly anguished faces because we had an appointment at the riding stable. The food finally arrived and we had about five minutes to eat it all. It was great, but we wish we would’ve had more time to eat it. We were still very thankful for the nice pink decor, and the fact that we were in Vienna. Danke for all.

Avoid at all costs. Bad food, bad service, and overpriced. The waitress was rude and gave me the wrong desert, and when I asked, she tried to put the blame on me and started arguing. Originally, she pretended to speak no English, but during the argument, her English was perfect. My hot chocolate was cold; deserts taste basic, even below basic, and nothing special. And they charged us for water instead of giving us tap water that we asked for. This location is only doing business because it’s in the high traffic tourist area. A complete tourist trap is NOT recommended at all.
