HASHTAG BURGERS & BRUNCH — Restaurant in Brussels

My wife and I stumbled upon this place by pure chance, and I noticed the sign that said “best waffle you will have”. so I was ready to be convinced. And wow, they delivered!

Vincent, the owner, was incredibly friendly and personally recommended our dishes. I went for the OG waffle and my wife had the chicken sandwich. Both came out quickly and were surprisingly delicious!

My mango smoothie was a perfect 10/10!! super fresh with a rich and tasty mango flavor. My wife had a strawberry drink that was just as refreshing, fresh, and delicious.

What really stood out was Vincent himself, such a good hearted person. He even let us charge our phones so we could find our way back to our hotel. When it came time to pay, he took the time to give us a whole set of recommendations for the next day. If you want to experience Brussels from a different, more local point of view, definitely ask him, he knows the best spots!

I also loved the shirts the staff wear with the quote “Stop dreaming and start working.” Vincent is the perfect example of that, he showed us that if you work hard and follow through, you can really make it. Truly motivating!

I’ll be happily recommending this place to my friends when they visit Brussels one day.😁

It was a very pleasant experience. It was the 2nd time i went and never get disapointed! The food is unexpectedly good. At first i was hesitant to have a waffle with salty food inside but it turns out to be an amazing combination! We had 2 waffle burgers, the bestseller one and the truffle parmesan, and we absolutely loved the truffle one! We highly recommend it! The first time i went i also shared a plate with a lot of things and remember the mix between all, avocatto, egg, waffle, syrup, to be well balanced and it filled our souls. The fried chicken in this place was very very good, best than usual. The cappuccino is full of foam and served in a very cute ceramic cup. The service was good, friendly and very quick both times, and we felt no pressure. We stayed just talking after the food very long without judging hurrying stares or comments. Everything was so AMAZING here!!! I never know we have such a unique brunch place in Brussels, and I'm so happy to discover this one! I can definitely say that this is the best brunch place so far I've ever been to! Huge recommendation!! Starting from the vibe, the ambiance, the service, everything was top notch 👌🏻 The options are many, and they can substitute everything with meat inside for a vegetarian option. I highly recommend the spicy avo waffle burger paired with triple cheese fries. For a dessert, definitely the frech toast. You just can't go wrong with it.
