We have stayed at this hotel for a night only and I am grateful it was really for that short. ||The hotel is situated in the very centre of the city and opposite to a subway station so the location is excellent but this is the only thing I would rate high.||The most repelling thing for me was the cigarette smell that was everywhere. You cannot get rid of it and also the people at the reception at night were looking very suspicious - there were men lying on the couches in the lobby which was really disturbing.||The hotel has its own parking but you have to circle around a few streets with your car and then come back at the hotel which is not really the best option. ||The room might have been called tastfully decorated but this was years ago. Now everything is outdated and needs changing. And again - the terrible cigarettes smell was everywhere. The maids have tried to mask it but it is impossible.||The breakfast was simple but nice. I think at a time when we had it we were one of the few guests of the hotel so it was really not much to choose from but it was alright.||However, a weird feeling being at this hotel and I am happy I was on my own and not with the kids as this is definitely not a kids friendly hotel.||The receptions i have met were not very polite and I would expect them at least to be curious about how I felt during my stay and ask me at the check out but there was nothing like that. Anyway, I am not coming back to this hotel but hoping things could improve as there...

I wasted a full hour on the phone with my bank, only to find out that the hotel doesn’t follow rules on how to securely handle credit card data. They even asked me to email them my card details, which is a total breach of data protection rules. The management kept telling me that it’s not their problem, despite the fact that I never have had problems with card payments before. The receptionist even sarcastically told me “oh, since you live in the 23rd century! Your card is still not working!”
On top of that, they were still convinced that it wasn’t their fault and never apologised for the inconvenience. Really unacceptable attitude.
Breakfast food was decent, with a choice between a couple of set menus.

Some of the photos on their site are dated, as the interior is...
