Me and my sister were having a day out and were very excited to have pizza at this particular store at Brampton as we are regular customers there. After trying to call and order our pizza and staying on hold for 15 min we decided to go to the store directly. Waited in the queue and reached the counter only to be harassed and bullied by the store manager SUNAINA. I asked her what was special in her store to which she replied extremely rudely asking me to check it online, I was stumped and went blank. She then went ahead and told me about the bogo offer. I left the counter but returned shortly when I realized I had to ask her the reason for being rude and asked her to reduce her tone She then told me I was wasting her time and that she was TOLERATING me, the customer at her store. I then asked her store number and her name to which she proudly told her name and asked me if she should spell it for me and pointed at the store number on the debit machine. Few minutes later another guy came at the counter and asked the same question I asked initially, what their store special was for today and She replied politely to him. Why? Why was I been bullied then? You are a store manager at a world famous pizza store and these are your work ethics? I asked her to apologize me for being rude but she threw attitude at me. I demand an apology from the store manager Sunaina else I would not think twice before registering a complain for harassing and bullying me. Save yourself from the trouble and unprofessionalism.
The delivery driver lacks morals and responsibility. Also, those in the store at that time had not been answering the phone. I spoke with a lady, but she stopped picking up afterwards.
Our pizza was extremely late. It went on for hours. We ordered at 6:53, and it showed up at 8:40.
When the pizza did come, the wings were missing, and then the driver said it will take him another 20 minutes to get it.
We live 5 mins by car from this location.
Also, the pizza was cold.
Honestly, the whole night, all we heard were excuses from this driver. His machine wasn't working. 2. Something about only paying cash. 3. Suggesting giving coupons for pizza hut's mistakes. 4. him not answering his phone. 5. Him calling and saying he's 5 mins away, but came a whole 40 minutes later.
We drove to the store, and got a refund on our order. Why the hell should we eat cold pizza? It wasn't worth the money. Also, they ruined our evening.
The owner and management must do something about the lack of responsibility and customer service here.
Get some morals, everyone should work hard for their money, and be responsible.
Have some basic decency and stop trying to cover up your excuses.

Which was great Then now today when I want to redeem this credit they told me an hour for the delivery it was finally delivered an hour and a half later. Once it had passed the hour and 10 min mark I called the location to get an eta. I was put on hold for 7/8 mins then was hung up on. I called again expressed I was just hung up on when he asked me to hold. He still put me on hold after he apologized, then was hung up on again!! I called back a 3rd and 4th time both time they picked up and I think out me on hold with out actually saying anything. After all this my pizza was cold and the run around was unnecessary. I do have to say they were very nice to begin with. They delivered the make up pizza to my house ( out side of their delivery area) I was at my mom's when they for got a pizza. They said all the right things in the moment but it still all turned out disappointing. Plus I asked for a dip and said id pay for it since it wasn't apart of what was forgotten. He dont worry he would throw it in for me, that was missing when pizza got here. I expressed my anger and disappointment to the driver and he was soo embarrassed and said he would let all his managers etc know.
