READ MY STORY before you go to this Leon's. TLDR: Avoid at all cost. They do not care about their customers. The management team is cheap and dismissive. The product quality is absolute bottom. Structube is next door. The quality is better with a better style and a cheaper price and an accommodating management team. Save yourself some trouble and STAY AWAY FROM Leon's. Full story: Earlier this year, we bought a bedroom set with a few other items for our new house. When we received the bedroom set, 3/4 boxes had defect items. Aside from only the footboard was in decent shape, the headboard and the two night stands were all defects. And YES, not shipping damage, all quality issues, from glue blobs and stains to cracked wood structures. Most ridiculous one, one of the night stands were clearly dropped and cracked during assembly but nonetheless touched up with a halfass job and went into the packaging. Along with the furnitures, we bought a boxspring and a matress to go with the bed, both are "floor models" meaning from a previous return. The sales recommended the set so we went with the suggestion without second guessing it. Back to the furnitures... We asked for exchange but the customer service tried very hard to not honor. They asked us to keep the broken furnitures over a discount, which we refused. The two night stands, they processed exchange since the defects were straight up structural damage. For the headboard, they refused exchange and sent a technician to try to remove the glue blob and stains. It was not until the technician reported that it was too much to remove without damaging the piece, they issued an exchange. Almost two months later, they delivered the headboard and the night stands. 2/2 night stands came out with structural damage again! Had to do another exchange. On top, they only take back the furnatures but not the messy packaging, so the garbage was piling up. Last week, we got the third exchange delivery. The two night stands were finally not showing blatant defects, but the build quality is poor just as the previous one. We decided to save ourselves from the trouble and move on since it was for the guest room. Now if you remember the box spring and the matress, here comes the worst part. I was finally able to clean up the room (from all the packaging from previous deliveries), and put together the bed. Tried the box and the matress on, and the matress was stacking up so high it was nearly a foot above the night stand. I called the customer service asking for a return or exchange of the box spring, they denied either and told me cuz I didn't report the issue soon enough and the floor models are final sale. I explained that I couldn't check how deep the box goes into the bed frame only because I wasn't able to put the bed together due to all the quality issues and exchange deliveries, which we had to rearrange our lives to accommodate MULTIPLE times. And I was told by their sales professional that the set will work together. I was asked to send an email with the situation explained. They gave me the same dismissive "sorry too late" response. I argued that all I'm looking for is at least an exchange with a box that fits the frame, so the box doesn't go to waste. Went through a few rounds and they switched between CSAT members. The only thing that didn't change was the dismissive "sorry you reported too late" message. This was part of the furnishing effort for our new house, where we also bought from Arrow and Structube. The other vendors also had shipping damage and manufacturing issues, but still agreed to exchanges and returns even when the situation didn't fit 100% to their policies but with understandable reasons. After all, a box spring costs a fraction of what we spent on all the furnitures. It was how Leon's attitude of handling the whole situation extremely disappointing. We bought a lot of furnitures from them when we had our first house and had been their loyal customers. No more Leon's furniture for us or family members.

Bought a laundry centre (1pc). When the deliver people came to remove my old one, they complained that it would be too difficult to get it down the stairs. When we insisted and told them that we paid for it to be removed, the delivery people then insisted that the new centre that we have chosen will not fit in the space and that we should buy a 2pc stackable. We were sure it would fit and the people in the store had assured us so as well. However, since it was a stalemate, we went back to the store and bought a more expensive stackable laundry centre. While the delivery people were bringing it up, they got a small dent on the unit. We decided to let it go because the dented side would not be visible. The back and forth had taken too long and I needed a functioning laundry centre. A few weeks later, we decided to purchase a complete bedroom set. There would be 2 deliveries (dresser, mirror, chest and night stands- 1 delivery, bed platform- 1 delivery). Once again (July 2nd), the delivery people came and complained about how heavy the pieces were and about the stairs. Perhaps they can be provided with appropriate apparatus to do the heavy deliveries. While coming up, they damaged the corner of the dresser and the wall in several places. I called the store and another delivery was arranged for an exchange of the dresser. When the delivery people arrived (July 9- did not enter the home), they showed me a piece that had fallen out of the box when they opened it. So of course I refused delivery of the dresser and the bed platform. I explained to them that the bed platform can only be delivered once the dresser is in otherwise space would not allow it to be done properly. The drivers did mention that damages were a common problem in this bedroom set. I talked to the manager of the store. He apologized and said that he would find another dresser, make sure it was deliverable and set a delivery date. About a couple of weeks later, I got a call that the delivery of my bed platform was on its way. I explained that I was not expecting a delivery and that it has to be done at the same time as the dresser. So they did not come. Another delivery was arranged for Aug 12th. Shortly before arrival, I was called and told that the bottom of the dresser was damaged again. Again, I called the manager. He was apologetic and offered a discount of $200 and a technician to come repair the damaged dresser. He did not know when another delivery would be possible as goods would have to come in from manufacturer. I told him that I would prefer another dresser. He said delivery would be a couple of months. So I said $300 and a technician for repair. He refused. I called head office on Aug 15th and explained the situation. They were going to look into the matter. They called back Aug 17th. They did not budge from the manager’s offer or I can wait for a delivery sometime in October. I asked what week of October or beginning or end. She did not know and said she can find out. Not even 2 minutes later, she said that she could not know for sure when in October but was expecting a container. I told her then she would know the ETA of the container but she said she did not. I finally said that I will take the $300 and fix the dresser myself. I do not have the time or health for this back and forth. This is exactly what big corporations rely on. I got the sympathetic and apologetic sound bites but it was not sincere. We lost so much time from work waiting for each delivery and could not continue with this game any longer. My next purchase will not be from Leon’s.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE... to the extreme. I received 3 tables are chipped and scratched and coloured. I took pics on the same day and email it to them. First email was totally ignored. I sent a second email and after multiple calls they decided to reply. An agent replied and told me after 3 weeks I will getting a replacement... THREE WEEKS WAY TOO LONG according to other furniture stores. The shipping department said I will have a time frame from 1:45pm until 3:30pm... no one showed up and when I called LEONS said the time frame was modified. Horrible experience... horrible customer service... the agents promise to call and reply to email but they never do. If you don’t call, they will not call. Be careful... when you are at the store, they told me if second items also chipped, you can get a full refund. DO NOT fall into it. No refund at all. I give you FIVE STARS for your horrible customer service inside out.

So of course I refused delivery of the dresser and the bed platform. I explained to them that the bed platform can only be delivered once the dresser is in otherwise space would not allow it to be done properly. The drivers did mention that damages were a common problem in this bedroom set. I talked to the manager of the store. He apologized and said that he would find another dresser, make sure it was deliverable and set a delivery date. About a couple of weeks later, I got a call that the delivery of my bed platform was on its way. I explained that I was not expecting a delivery and that it has to be done at the same time as the dresser. So they did not come. Another delivery was arranged for Aug 12th. Shortly before arrival, I was called and told that the bottom of the dresser was damaged again. Again, I called the manager. He was apologetic and offered a discount of $200 and a technician to come repair the damaged dresser. He did not know when another delivery would be possible as goods would have to come in from manufacturer. I told him that I would prefer another dresser. He said delivery would be a couple of months. So I said $300 and a technician for repair. He refused.

I called head office on Aug 15th and explained the situation. They were going to look into the matter. They called back Aug 17th. They did not budge from the manager’s offer or I can wait for a delivery sometime in October. I asked what week of October or beginning or end. She did not know and said she can find out. Not even 2 minutes later, she said that she could not know for sure when in October but was expecting a container. I told her then she would know the ETA of the container but she said she did not. I finally said that I will take the $300 and fix the dresser myself.

I do not have the time or health for this back and forth. This is exactly what big corporations rely on. I got the sympathetic and apologetic sound bites but it was not sincere. We lost so much time from work waiting for each delivery and could not continue with this game any longer.

Never visit here, Never visit here . 0 Star. We wish we could give this place "0" Star 🌟 as their customer service is very poor. Me and my husband we both visited this place order a 3 Seat of 2 Power Recliner Sofa in the beginning of July 2020 for our new home. They delivered One Damage Recliner at the end of July and also the power of Recliner didn't not even work . Delivery guys also damaged our floor when we called and complaint about the damages they told us to contact to the different location manager as because our sofa was delivered by different location they said they have nothing to do with this issue šŸ™„. When we requested to exchange our sofa they told us it will take another 2-3 weeks to get the Recliner they told us we will receive our Both Recliners at same time so we waited pateintly to get our furniture at least by the middle of August but we haven't received our furniture until now its Sept 16th 2020. They don't have anything in stock they are keep telling us to wait another 2-3 weeks. I wouldn't recommend at all to shop at this place. They don't have any commitments. We have also requested to cancel our order and give us our funds back as I haven't received my furniture they are not even ready to give me refund back. Their manager and sales people won't talk to you in proper manner they have very rude behavior . Our sales person was Sofia she won't give you any detail regarding your purchase she won't even explain you their policy regarding any exchange or canceling order. We highly recommend not to deal with her at all when you have to make any purchase. We highly recommend not to shop here at all. They won't give you anything in written for delivery at all .For Example exact delivery date. We are still waiting for our furniture to get deliver. But we don't even want now to deliver the furniture we are requesting to give our full refund back as their management is very bad and they have very poor service when you receive bad service you are not even happy to use thier product.
