EDIT: I managed getting a spot for a 4 days US trip and it was a great experience. Quentin was very organized and flexible, we even waited for over 30 min when one person was late. Overall, I recommend this agency. The only aspect I didn’t like is not letting take anything from the carry-on once it’s in the trunk. It was very cold and I wanted to grab additional layers, but the driver refused. Had a terrible experience trying to book a trip. Their website was showing 13 spots available but it was impossible to book online. I called in and they put me on a waiting list, later that day I checked the website and the number of spots decreased but still not possible to book, so I called back to double check. I was told that they had available room but needed to contact customers from another trip that got canceled first and they had a priority. Long story short, the next day she called me back, laughing and saying that I called them multiple times and that a room for 4 was available, even though from day one I requested a simple room for 1 person. Instead of recognising her misunderstanding she kept on arguing that I asked for a group of 4. And in the end confirmed that I couldn’t go because this room was for 4. To sum up : complete lack of politeness, customer service and simple manners. I had one positive experience with this agency previously but this one...

We had a fantastic 6-day Maritime provinces tour with Quantin as our guide. He was fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, French, and English, making communication easy for everyone. Quantin's friendly and helpful nature made the trip enjoyable. He took great group photos with a drone and provided detailed directions for scenic spots, restaurants, and pharmacies. His knowledge, creativity, and excellent communication skills impressed us. Quantin's customer service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended! Thank you, Quantin!

As well, we enjoyed very much the one day tour to Quebec city and Montmorency Fall lead by Florian. He took great photos for us and guided directly to specific scenery places and food stores. He is very friendly with excellent customer service which exceeds our expectations! Good time management! We are sure to refer to our friends.

Our 3 days New York guide tour was booked 2 years ago, before pandemic. First of all the agency kept for us the same price that we paid 2 years ago, they didn't increase nothing for us, because now the prices are increased. Our guide was J.P., a very nice, kind and helpful person, with a sense of humor. Even the other bus guide, Jeremy, helped us when the second day we misunderstood and we missed our bus. Anyway was a good trip, an excellent driver, who drove amazing and made us to feel secure ( and to be honest I think was the first time on this route, because I heard when J.P guided him. Both of them did a wonderful team. For me and my family this was the first time when we did this kind of vacation ( bus, guide, group). All together was amazing and we appreciated our guide and driver, because they did all the efforts for them clients. I highly recommend Vacances Dragon.
