We decided to go to Sauvage after seeing their tantalizing pictures on Instagram, and we were happy to find out that they weren't only for show. From cocktails to dessert, every part of our meal was spot on. We ordered the following: Cocktails- Orange Trump, Caipi'Pesca, Mojito (original and raspberry) Entrees - Oysters, Saganaki Mains - Filet Mignon (medium), Blue Cheese Filet Mignon (medium-rare) Sides- Truffle Parmesan Fries Dessert - Chocolat Fondant The cocktails were well constructed, delicious, and garnished beautifully. The oysters and saganaki were great openers. The filet mignon was absolute melt-in-your-mouth perfection, and the medium-rare and medium cook level was spot on. Fries were amazing enough to eat on their own. The Chocolat fondant was more like a big cookie, baked in a cast-iron pan topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (which is good for me cause I'm a huge cookie lover). The service and ambiance was also great. They replaced our utensils between courses, our glass of water was never empty, and they took precautions with Covid. Ample parking in the area. Hats off to the chef!

Terrible food. We were told in advance there were vegan options and they offered us nothing from the menu itself - not even the potatoes can be made without the sauces... Something that was written on the waiters pad and when it came to us, it was a spoonful of mushrooms, peppers and an inedible leek with bland flavours and a sauce. And surprisingly it cost 37$. It was not even good!! Even the sparkling water tasted bad. The waitress was nice but did not listen when I tried to tell her it was not good or even chewable. Never coming back and do not recommend for their food. This place should choose to either be a club and forget the food or be a resto without saying yes to vegan options - just say no. Choose. But not both. Doing both is a bad experience as the focus was spread out. Great music and vibes overall but terrible food. I was furious when leaving.

Went for my reservation at 7:30PM for Valentine's Day dinner only to find out that my table was switched to a bar and the girl declined the fact I had a reservation. When I had asked to speak to the manager she said the manager can't do anything as the tables are booked even though the place was empty. Walking out I spoke to the door man who then called the manager and the manager Mike told me he's able to find me a table if I wanted to stay. But given my frustration I left. Really unprofessional service never coming back See photos of proof of reservation as well as that they don't answer messages on OpenTable. It would've been nice if they informed me of the change to the bar on the message service.

Nice vibe and good food, but a bit disorganized. Perhaps because it's relatively new?

When we got there Saturday night, we were told they were out of chicken, pasta, and oysters so it was a bit disappointing because many of the dishes we wanted couldn't be ordered. Apparently it was a crazy Friday night so they were out of stock of some stuff. Also there was a "grotto" cocktail menu that was not available for ordering because we were seated upstairs (menu is available downstairs only). I'm not sure I completely understand why they couldn't just transport the cocktail from downstairs to upstairs but whatever. I just feel like if that's the case - separate the pdf menu!

The service was pretty average to slow. If the restaurant was packed, it would have been a bit understandable but at the time we came in, the restaurant had a few people seated on the terrasse and a few in the front inside the restaurant - it was adequately busy but not packed. Our group had a heavy brunch earlier that day at 2-3 pm so we weren't as hungry, but if we were and considering our food came closer to 9pm, I think it would have brought me over the edge. HOWEVER, after all that wait, I can say that the food was SUPER delicious - even something as simple as fries were delicious. (PS definitely get the grilled octopus and salmon tartare. and as a NON-lamb lover - the lamb burger was great too)

I knowingly chose this place because of the cool ambiance and understood it was a supper club, but the music was pretty loud for the time we were there (8-10 ish), so we had to shout to communicate and sometimes the waitress couldn't hear us unless she was like 6 inches away. We got used to so it wasn't a huge deal but it's something to consider. We were also seated in the back and at times felt forgotten. The waitress was nice, and the greeters/staff in the front were friendly as we left.

I was so excited to try this place, as it was my birthday dinner and my friends were treating me. So the experience wasn't god awful but I'd be lying if I said that it wasn't a let down. I felt like I had to apologize to my friends for picking this place.

Overall, would I come back? I would maybe after a few months. The food was definitely the saving grace. I'm hoping it was just a one-off night and because they need to find their footing as a restaurant that has been open for...

sauvage bar

the good part of the eve ———————————— • venue was beautiful! • staff was friendly! • food was delicious! • complementary bottle of prosecco! • complementary bottle of red wine!

how the nite went ———————————— • we made reservations 3 weeks in advance for 8:30 pm on a saturday. • we arrived about 10 minutes before our agreed time • we were first brought to seats at the bar. • we mentioned that we had made a reservation… it turned out that they had many groups who had reserved and there was no available table. • we spotted an available table and were told that the group who had reserved would be there at 9pm • they finally seated us at that table in the interim and offered us a complementary bottle of sauvage prosecco. • when we were finally shown to our own table, we ordered entrees which ended up taking WAY too long to be served. we were past hungry by then. • when entrees were served, we asked if they would bring our mains right away… • every so often we asked about our food and we’re told “soon”… •we were offered another bottle of prosecco… we declined. • at 11pm, food still had not come… • we had to ask for our order several times… only when we asked if we could cancel, they brought us our order. • at 11:03 pm… they also brought us another bottle of red wine… • it still cost us approx. 120$ per person with tip. it was not the waitresses fault. • the overall experience was soured by the poor management team…

i cannot recommend this restaurant/bar based on my...

Disappointing experience : Rushed Service.

We recently went to this place to celebrate a birthday with a big group of around 15 people. We ended up spending over $2000 in total(over 100$ each person). We had made a reservation for 8:45 PM, but while waiting for everyone to arrive, we decided to order drinks. By the time everyone came & ordered food, we started eating at around 10:30-11 PM.

As we were enjoying our meal, the waiters kept coming by our table every few minutes, asking if we were finished with our plates. Just as we were wrapping up our food, they began cleaning the tables and bringing out the bills for each person. When they finished cleaning, they started setting up for bottle service. We thought we could continue enjoying our table and order some bottles, but our hopes were dashed when a hostess rudely approached us and said, "The tables are reserved. You need to leave."

We asked about the other tables our group was occupying (we were spread out across 4-5 tables), and her response was far from sympathetic. She simply stated, "All of them are reserved." To make matters worse, they even took away a full drink that one of our friends was still drinking and had placed on the table and refused to replace it.

It was a highly disappointing experience overall. Each of us had spent a significant amount of money, yet we felt incredibly uncomfortable and rushed throughout the entire night. Don’t think any of us will...
