Absolutely awful experience. My friend ordered three highball drinks and three shots of tequila. We received the three highballs from the first bartender, but did not receive the shots. My friend paid for the highballs with the first bartender ($23 for three highballs including tip). Another bartender approached us right after, asking to pay for shots that we did not receive. The total for the three shots came to $45, which my friend paid. We then waited over 20 minutes for shots that did not come. My friend approached the second bartender, and explained to them in both English and French that they did not receive the shots. The bartender acknowledged but did not still provide the shots. After another 20 minutes I approached the second bartender and asked them to present the receipt of the three shots, which they replied by showing me their screen with a random order that did not resemble any receipt that we saw. I then politely explained to them that we did not receive our shots, and eventually we received our shots. During the 40 minutes of waiting for our shots we witnessed nearly every employee consume alcohol, including the bartenders and bouncers. Terrible customer service. Waitress started to scream at me for not buying two bottles of alcohol right away when sitting waiting for the rest of our group to arrive. I’m a person who’s sick and wears headphones due to a degenerative brain disease and tumours, I was treated like trash without empathy when I asked for my $15 cover charge refund. The waitress had no right to scream at me. She said I screamed first but I couldn’t hear her, she was demeaning and disrespectful towards me and my companion. Our group of 12 friends came in after still. We still left because of the disgusting behaviour from the staff when we asked for refund. We were going to buy bottles but were waiting.
