Burrows Too — Local services in Oakville

Extremely rude lady today on a sunday, my partner and I walked in for the first time since moving to the neighbourhood. Wanted to stop in as the store seemed appealing on the outside. The lady at the cash never greeted us We stopped to look at some clothes, and my partner went to use the bathroom. The door was wide open so he thought it was OK to use it.

While he was in there she rudely said to me, "you have to ask to use the bathroom here it's not for public use". I mean how are we supposed to know? She was all the way at the cash and the door was completely open and no door signs indicated it was not to be used.

It's moments like these where small shops depend on a few wealthy clients to hit their quotas. I spent a shit ton of money and will absolutely never set foot in this pretentious and rude store. People need to learn to be human.

Note that if you don't want the bathroom being used then keep the door closed....
