I had a horrific experience with Lida..
My first visit was to shop for nursing bras while I was 32 weeks pregnant with twins. I was sized with a different bra from the same brand - and a special order was made for the two bras I had wanted as they were not in the store, and my Mother made a $400 purchase at the same time.
1 of the 2 bras arrived a week or so later, when I came to collect it I was told outside the store to try it in the comfort of my home given my circumstances. I gave birth to my twins shortly after picking it up and did not have the chance to try it at home. One of my twins is rushed to Sick Kids immediately after being born, and spent 2+ weeks in critical care, and will require very serious major surgery.
During this period I receive a call the other bra has arrived; obviously this is the furthest thing from my mind. Once my baby is discharged I try the bra I picked up - the cup is too large and jabbing me on the armpit. I call, and I explain in detail what’s gone on in my life. I am told by Lida “you do not understand the position you are putting me in” and “this was special ordered for you and you okay’d it”. Only after 30 minutes of her repeating the same thing, and reducing me to tears did she agree to send back only the uncollected black bra provided I pay the restocking fee and shipping, and that I was stuck with the purple bra I had collected before.
I have never received such gobsmackingly insensitive and callous customer service in such truly extenuating circumstances. The cost of the shipping and restocking was approximately $35 - and despite all that has happened this was pushed onto me, and I was in a better position to absorb this cost — a new mom on reduced income with a medically complex child, not the years long successful business operating and paying rent/taxes in one of the areas most expensive neighbourhoods.
While $35 might seem inconsequential it is a pack of diapers, a partial dose of medication or a days worth of parking at Sick Kids. But I suppose for Lida this was the difference between the success and failure of her business that month.

I had always been large breasted, but due to weight gain simply did not know what size I was at this point and in desperate need of a properly fitted bra. Lida served me in Covid times. Not only this I asked her about other questions not in regards to lingerie but hair and nail she is ready to answer without rushing on you .
Next time I will make my appointment and try getting helped from her only!
