Biryani & Grill — Restaurant in Ontario

Today is our second time. I go to Windsor from Michigan and sometimes like to eat Pakistani food. Today their AC was not working and it was hot as hell. We placed order for food to take out as it was not easy to sit and eat due to temperature of the dining area. While waiting for the food we thought we can drink lassi. We ordered 2sweet lassi and one salt lassi. The salt lassi was sour and too salty. It looks like they also added channa chat masala. The sweet lassi was less sweet and more sour. Anyway we got more sugar and ice to make it work. Then we looked at the menu and decided to check out rubadi falooda. It was less of a falooda but more of mixture of red syrup, mango ice cream and few other things. It was horrible. Now came home and open the chicken karahi container. Chicken pieces are floating in watery paste. Onions. Coriander, tomatoes and other condiments can be seen. No taste. Only good taste was Chapli kabob and naan. Spend more than 60 Canadian dollars. Thanks for robbing us. Will not go there. Really looking for Pakistani food and hope to find it on our next...

One of the best biriyanis in windsor, but the worst customer service...twice it occurred to me. One, i ordered while i was returning from my work...i was really exhausted...i gave order for two biriyanis and they responded saying that it will be ready in 10 minutes...but i told them it will take me 20 minutes to reach there...they said its fine...once i reached there, they said they gave it to someone else because i did not come in 10 minutes...when i told them about the 20 minutes, the manager had nothing to tell...he said if i want the biriyanis i had to wait for another 30 minutes...so i cancelled the order..Second, it happened today...i ordered three mutton biriyanis and they said to come in 45 minutes..knowing the previous incident, i came there in 35 minutes...at this time they said that they had been busy and have only one mutton biriyani and it will take even more time to make the next .....they didn't even had the decency to inform me if they'll take more time....worst experience i...

This is one of the worst restaurant in terms of quality of food and taking customer complain seriously I went to visit this restaurant based on mixed reviews We ordered the food regardless of obvious cleanliness issues because lady owner was so confident about their taste and firm claims that they prepare fresh food on order Waited about 20 minutes (no problem) food arrived with dry and hard chicken boti with some sort of red color, tasteless seekh kebabs and Behari kebab with rotten meat smell, when I told the male owner of this smell and he said No, meat is fine that is likely coming from onions But that's also ok I told him to throw it as we will not eat it, he disappeared and never came back Kids were hungry, they eat whatever they could The lady owner charged us for everything even we didn't consume the behari kebabs, and didn't say a word about food
