Very nice store and friendly staff. But not happy with customer service and beware aggressive boot fit especially if you are not local. Bootfitter correctly IDed my current pair were too big, but sized my into a very aggressive "performance" fir knowing I was both from out of town and headed onto a multi day backcountry trip. Despite my misgivings on the short fit (and still after many adjustments and two days of skiing), I was sent on my way with assurance these were "right" and misery ensued. I can't ski the boots and local fitters say they won't be able to make them work despite punching, wedges, etc. Shop offer no recourse but "come to Revy".
