I originally came In trying to get some more life out of my current pair of Roxa R3’s. Despite the boots being on their last legs Steve went out of his way to try and find parts to repair them however was soon apparent that they were pretty tired and I was clutching at straws. Steve and his team were awesome getting me sorted with some fresh Scarpa quattro XT boots which I felt really comfortable buying knowing he had tried all other options to resurrect my old ones and was actually genuinely invested in providing great service and not just selling me a new boot. Super knowledgeable in terms of fitment and setup and very patient with any concerns I had. Such friendly service, even offering me a coffee while getting the boots moulded !! Thanks...

I cannot recommend this shop too highly! Friendly, helpful and honest. I skied a day at Revelstoke on the way to Banff. Looked in the shop and they had a pair of ski pants I just loved, but not in my size. I appreciated that they made the right call on sizing and didn't try to put me in something too big. A year passes and I'm still looking (OK, didn't try much in the meanwhile). Turns out their Peak Performance gear is what I need, and you can't get it in the States (I'm from Seattle, Washington). I bought a pair of Scarpa hiking boots from here at the beginning of summer, and although I tried on this particular boot multiple times and thought I had gotten the right fit, unfortunately I was getting blisters whenever I hiked with them on. I went back into the store this past weekend just to see what other shoes there were and the owner Steven ended up helping me out. He got me into a pair of boots that (so far) are much better for me, even being kind enough to give me a full store credit for the previous boots.
