Pad thai tofu is our all time favourite. The first Thai express in the city did a really good job when it comes to quality and taste. But now that there’s a new Thai express in downtown we were very excited because it is near to our place. First time we tried their pad thai tofu, it was a hard tofu, 2nd time still hard tofu. My partner brought this up to the owner and we are impress that the owner listened and did something to fix it, so on our third visit it was better. So tasteful and goes with a soft tofu. We will definitely come back here and will share to our friends who loves pad thai too to try it from you.

Got a coupon in the mailbox today which is why I visited that location. There were 3 staff working and they all said they would not honour the coupon even though it expressly specifies that their location will accept the coupons. I instead went to Edo and their food and service was fabulous. I will never go to this Thai Express again and will tell my experience to others to advise they not support this shady business.

$19 for green curry Thai with battered steak. The batter on the steak bits was still raw. Enough curry for 50% of the rice. Rest of the rice was plain. I have low food standard especially for mall food but for the first time in my life it wasn’t even edible. $19 gets you enough for almost a bowl of food.

I went to Thailand multiple times due to work and loved thai food. Craved for it today that is why we went to Midtown Plaza since I remembered that there is a small restaurant selling thai food. Ordered the thai fried rice combo with tomato and pineapple and chicken as the protein and fresh spring roll on the side. 1st- they asked where we are seated and given the presumption they are going to deliver the order on our table. Well, they did not. They said it will take 2 minutes but we didn't believe the staff because 2 mins is too quick to prepare the order so we are not bothered at all that it has been 15 minutes and order was not there. 2nd- the taste of the fried rice is not thai at all and I was given a chili sauce instead of peanut butter sauce for fresh spring roll. My husband went back to the staff to ask for peanut butter sauce and they said they ran out but one of the staff said there is one more left in the fridge.3rd- the sauce is already bad. Good thing I know that it is already spoiled. I am pregnant and can't afford to have food poisoning. We returned the sauce and they just apologized. Staffs should be trained to double check the food because somebody might get sick because of bad quality of product. Super disappointed. To think that fried rice, regular iced tea and 1 spring roll costs 23 bucks. Won't be going back again and won't recommend...

Ok first off the staff shows you a pamphlet of their products, tell you how great it is we cook fresh. So I ordered the general Thai Chicken, Looks absolutely Nothing like the picture it was supposed to have peppers, onions, carrot tomato and pineapple, their was one small piece of onion that’s it., tasted aweful , looked aweful. Never ate it left my disgusting $15.85 dish and went to an actual Thai restaurant in the city and my food was amazing for the same cost $15.00. If I was the owner , you better get in there and teach your staff to make the food how it looks in the photo. I would NEVER eat at Thai Express again, will not recommend anyone to eat here. With all the choices of restaurants at the food court Do Not Eat Here. Over priced and they don’t deliver. Not even close to Thai food…my disappointment is I never took a photo as I was so disgusted with the food that I...

We went in today, the guy at the front was really nice.. or so we thought.. he pulled a second menu out from the back without prices. While he was telling us about the meals he offered chicken thai pad or chicken and shrimp… conveniently forgot to mention that to have shrimp it was an extra $5.80 … did that to both of our meals. Whatever paid for two meals about $58. But once we received our meals our “extra serving of shrimp” consisted of 5 pieces of shrimp. What a rip off. Also to make it a combo with a drink it was an extra $6 per meal. Absolutely disappointed food was subpar and truthfully felt scammed. Make the mistake of not going to Edo.. but i will never...
