Charged me for session that I cancelled despite not getting any consultation or service. I have seeked counselling before but never been charged when cancelling an appointment in advance. The counsellor was good at helping understand my circumstances and goals but most of the info was just derived by chatgpt/ai where I questioned a bit where their value was being inserted for what I paid. Finished my sessions not being sure of how much this has helped me in terms of forming a concrete goal or blueprint especially as the counsellor James Leitch refused to do a final session with me that I paid for as he rather charge me for cancelling the day before. Kind of felt like they are most interested in monetizing subscriptions rather than actually helping their clients.

The owner reached out to me where I requested that I may at least get my career blueprint that I was promised when starting this program and she said I could not unless I paid for yet another session. I suggested removing the review and resolving the matter if they could give me the final session I paid for or at the very least get my documents I was told by the councillor I would (after he cancelled my session and charged me before the owner messaged back) and she would not come to an agreement on those terms; instead standing by enforcement...
