It took 40 minutes for us to even get an update on our drinks, only to be told that our ticket got lost and that they were going to "take care of us." The drinks came 10 minutes later and then the manager came around and asked if everything was okay. They ensured us that we would be taken care of, and that the first round of drinks was on the house. We promptly ordered a second round, and asked for our bills. Upon looking at our bills (included in the picture), we were told that we did not get any discount on drinks at all, and instead received a discount on food. The fries in the picture are usually $5.. which are discounted to $4.17... to save me an entire .83 cents? Awful service. Just awful. On top of that, the server seemed like they wanted nothing to do with us even before that happened, they were seen sitting with a table instead of tending to our second order, and in general was very short with us. I understand having friends and enjoying some time with them, but frankly if a table has empty glasses and hasn't been checked on in 15+ minutes and the server is slacking, then I'm sorry but there is no excuse. Get good, Kristen. Between the smaller, skimpy beers and the overpriced food, my last saving grace for this atrocious establishment was their helpful service, but that bastion fell tonight, too. Save your money and your time, go somewhere else that deserves your patronage.

I visited Craft on a Friday afternoon and had an amazing time. I sat on the patio, which was perfect on a warm summer day, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. The music was excellent, with the volume just right so we could still have a conversation. I started with the beer tray, which features six different flavours, a fantastic option if you’re not sure which beer to try. After that, I enjoyed a Miller Organic Lager, one of my favourites. For food, I tried the Bacon Fun Guy pizza, and it was absolutely delicious, full of flavour and very satisfying. One of my friends ordered a burger, which looked incredible, and she said it was just as tasty as it appeared. The space itself is quite large, with more than one floor, so even on a busy day, you’re likely to find a spot. They also have an ATM inside, which is convenient, and the washrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, service was attentive, and the overall vibe was fun and welcoming. I definitely recommend visiting Craft if you’re looking for great beer, tasty food, and a lively yet comfortable atmosphere in Toronto.

This was my second visit to Craft Beer Market after a 1.5-year hiatus, and let me tell you it felt like catching up with an old friend who just keeps getting better with age. We had a reservation for 10 people to celebrate a colleague’s birthday, and the evening was an absolute blast from start to finish.

First things first: the ambiance. This place has mastered the art of being lively without crossing over into “too loud to hear yourself think” territory. The décor strikes the perfect balance between modern and cozy, with just the right amount of “let’s grab a beer” vibes mixed with “you’re fancy, treat yourself.” It’s the kind of place where you can hang out in jeans or dress up a bit either way, you’ll feel right at home.

Now, let’s talk service. Our server? Absolute legend. Sweet, attentive, and somehow always there at the exact moment we needed her, like some kind of restaurant superhero. She made sure all our special requests were handled with ease and never once made us feel like we were being high-maintenance. The rest of the staff was equally on point friendly, professional, and always hustling, yet somehow managing to keep their cool in a packed house.

And oh, the food and drinks. You know how some places have a big menu, but half the stuff is “meh”? Not here. Everything we ordered was a hit fresh, flavorful, and served with just the right amount of flair. The craft beer selection is, of course, a dream come true for beer lovers, with options ranging from light and crisp to dark and bold. Even if you’re not a beer person (no judgment), they’ve got you covered with non-alcoholic options that are just as good.

What really sets this place apart, though, is the vibe. Despite being crazy busy, the staff never missed a beat. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and want everyone to have an awesome time. It’s like they’ve unlocked the secret to making you feel like a VIP, even when you’re just here to split nachos with your friends.

Bottom line: Craft Beer Market is the kind of place where good memories are made. Whether you’re celebrating something big or just stopping by for a pint after work, you’re guaranteed a great time. I’ll definitely be back—hopefully sooner than 1.5 years...

Dear Craft Beer Markt Management Team,

I would like to express my deep gratitude and admiration for the exceptional service we received during our visit on December 1st, especially provided by your staff members Shayna, Meredith, and an efficient dark-haired server whose name we unfortunately do not recall.

Shayna, as always, provided us with a memorable experience through her attentiveness and kindness. The quality of service she offers is consistently high, and this was our second opportunity to be attended by her. Each visit, Shayna makes us feel especially welcome and cared for, significantly contributing to the pleasant atmosphere of the place. Her ability to understand our preferences without us having to fully express them, and her talent for recommending dishes and drinks that enhance our experience, are truly remarkable. Shayna not only meets but anticipates needs with a smile that conveys both professionalism and a genuine interest in the well-being of customers.

We also had the pleasure of being greeted by Meredith, who managed our arrival with the efficiency and professionalism seen only in high-standard establishments. Her ability to make us feel welcomed from the very first moment is truly commendable.

Additionally, another dark-haired server worked in conjunction with Shayna, displaying efficiency and attentiveness that perfectly complemented the service. She was extremely diligent, ensuring that the service standard never dropped, even during the busiest moments of the evening. The partnership between her and Shayna was impeccable, creating a team dynamic that deserves praise.

I hope this feedback is useful to you and that the contributions of Shayna, Meredith, and the dark-haired server are recognized as exemplary. Craft Beer Markt certainly stands out not only for the quality of its products but also for the exceptional caliber of its team.

We look forward to many more visits and enjoying the wonderful atmosphere your team provides once again. Thank you for maintaining a standard of excellence that always makes us want to return.

Best...

Craft Beer Market Toronto is an absolute gem for any beer enthusiast, and even those just starting to explore the world of craft brews. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the exceptional service. The staff here are clearly passionate and knowledgeable about their extensive beer selection. Speaking of which, prepare to be amazed! The sheer variety of beers on tap is staggering, showcasing the best of local Ontario breweries and beyond. Whether you're into IPAs, lagers, stouts, sours, or something more unique, you're guaranteed to find something to tantalize your taste buds. They even have a great selection of ciders and other beverages for those who aren't strictly beer drinkers. A special shout-out needs to go to Kait, who provided outstanding service during our recent visit. Kait's enthusiasm was infectious, and her recommendations were spot on. She took the time to understand our preferences and guided us towards some fantastic beers we might not have otherwise tried. Her knowledge of the different brews was impressive, and she was able to articulate the nuances of each with ease. Kait's friendly and attentive demeanor truly elevated our experience, making us feel valued and well taken care of. It's clear she takes pride in her work and goes the extra mile to ensure guests have a great time. Beyond the incredible beer and service, the food menu is also worth exploring, offering delicious dishes that pair perfectly with their brews. The overall vibe of Craft Beer Market is fantastic – it's a great spot for after-work drinks, a casual get-together with friends, or even a solo exploration of new beers. If you're looking for a place in Toronto with an unparalleled beer selection and top-notch service, particularly from someone like Kait, look no further than Craft Beer Market. We will definitely be back, and we'll be sure to...
