Dear Cinnabon Customer Service,
I would like to file a formal complaint regarding a negative experience I had with one of your employees at the Dufferin Mall branch.
In last week, I was sitting at a table waiting for my wife so we could order Cinnabon and coffee. A man approached and politely asked for a chair, which I gladly offered. He sat next to me at the same table.
Shortly after, a Cinnabon employee approached me and asked me to give up the table. I explained that the man could sit with me, as there was no issue. However, the employee responded in an unprofessional and inappropriate tone, and proceeded to remove the table in front of me without further explanation. This was extremely rude and disrespectful.
What made the situation even more frustrating was that there were other empty tables available at the time. When I addressed her behavior and mentioned that I intended to file a complaint, she dismissively replied, âI donât care.â
I am deeply disappointed by this experience. This kind of attitude and customer service reflects poorly on the Cinnabon brand. I expect your staff to treat all customers with courtesy and respect, and this encounter was far from acceptable.
I hope appropriate action will be taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers...
   Read moreI just got sitted at the dinning area to connect my phone and was on the phone voicemail when this female black manager came to me and started talking about area being for the customers only and having a problem with me moving a table. Her tone of voice was unpleasant and she definitely used her authority for the wrong reason.. since I am a customer or I was a customer and I don't appreciate being talked to in that way and looked down upon by anyone. She immediately left the area and I went to talk to someone else and found out she was the manager.. when I asked why such a prejudice and usage of authority for a custiner who didn't even settle down she adjusted her misdemeanor and tone of voice just to finish up with telling me that we don't have anything else to talk about when I said I was not coming back. I've told her that she shouldn't be a manager because she doesn't have any customer service skills. I'm done with this place..it was convenient but I don't have to endure any prejudice and harassment from anyone and drink some bad drink because I need to sit and charge my phone, since you don't have anything vegan to...

Once before same thing happened to me and I bought the old one but it was hard as a rock, so I wasnât going to let that happen to me again. I asked them for fresh and they said I have to wait 45 mins although they had fresh ones that just came out of the oven but they refused me and said they wonât serve me here because I always ask for âfresh off the ovenâ I would never go back there anymore since they canât serve fresh Cinnabons
