Worst experience. Bought 1/2 dozen HOLIDAY smile cookies. When I got to work (5 minutes away), I noticed these cookies weee not NOT holiday cookies (infused with red and green sprinkles), but rather just a chocolate chip cookie with the icing smile. I drive back and went inside. I explained to the lady that I would like a refund because they weren’t holiday cookies. She said “it’s the same thing”. I said they are not the same and showed her their own advertisement in the menu board, stating they do not even look the same. She began arguing with me and I had to raise my voice and demand a refund because she was not wanting to give it to me. She yelled at me to give her the bag, and she looks inside and says “there are only 5 here”. She said she would not refund 6 cookies, only 5. I told her I ordered 6 cookies and if there were not 6 in there, it’s due to their miscount. She continued to argue the fact that she is not refunding me my full amount. I told her to go check the receipt at the drive thru, I ordered and paid for 6 cookies!! She said “we don’t have to refund because if we don’t have the sprinkle cookies we can use these instead”. I said, then you should advise the customer of that at point of sale”. She again told me she was not pricing a full refund. This became a shouting match in the store full of customers. I had to raise my voice to demand my full refund. Absolutely disgusting service! This is my go to Tim’s, and I spend a minimum of $10 each morning onmy way to work. You lost my business. Do better! If you look closely in the pic, you can see there are 6 cookies! One is missing a bite because I reached in without looking and took a bite on my drive to work. That’s how I knew they were different, they taste different without the sprinkles (and...
Read moreThe only thing they are consistent at is how inconsistent they are. They always find a new way to mess up my order, and at this point it's almost impressive as it is insane.
Corporate seriously needs to visit this location and get them dialed in. franchises exist to give a consistent measured product across a span of different markets.
From forgetting to give me items despite paying for them and arguing with me about, to somehow burning my sandwich while still managing to have it be Ice Cold was the most impressive.
Hashbrowns, don't even bother they only come in 2 forms here, wildly undercooked, greasy, soggy and barely warm. Or cooked to a literal inedible crisp.
Ordering 2 medium black iced coffees and them giving me 1 with chocolate syrup(WHAT), and 1 regular coffee.
Bagels with cream cheese on one side of the bagel.
I hadn't been to this one in months despite it being my closest Timmies, but was in a rush to grab something omw to work and had them mess up yet again.
Seriously if Tim Hortons , Canada sees this you need to get this location in order or take the franchise...
Read moreWorst location ever. Stopped for something as simple as an iced coffee with only 7 minutes before my next bus. A man who appears to be mentally ill was counting what had to be 200 or more coins and didn’t know what he wanted to order. He kept asking the staff what he should order and held up the line for the longest time. The staff instead of kindly telling him to step aside until he decides what he wants so other customers who know what they want can order ignored him which held up the line. I asked one of the associates if she could make my iced coffee and I would pay after as she was allowing the two gentleman in front of me to do so and she said no, I asked her why and she said it doesn’t work like that yet she was making the two men’s orders and allowing them to pay after and they happened to be the same ethnicity as her. This staff member was racist in my opinion. I was not going to miss my bus and be late for work so I left. I would never return to this location because the staff doesn’t have good customer service skills and are very rude. I will stick with my...
