I placed an order on Spacingstore.ca via not-amazon.ca, in an attempt to shop locally and support small businesses during the holidays. I received my order in less than a week after placing it. The package sat for a week because, well, life. When I finally opened the package, I noticed that an item was missing. I called the store 5 minutes before closing on a Friday evening (because that's when I opened the package), expecting to leave a voice message. Instead, the phone was answered by a really friendly and helpful person (whose name I didn't get, so I'll call him 'Dave'). Dave took his time to listen to my reason for calling, pulled up my order, checked to see if my missing item was still in stock, and when he confirmed that it was, he provided a couple of different options for me to get the item. What's more, he noticed that my delivery address was in Scarborough, so he automatically said that he'd put it in the mail and send it express so that I'd get it in a timely manner. I got it yesterday! Thank you, Dave, for giving me a great customer experience and for taking your time at the end of the work week to correct my situation. I will DEFINITELY be a repeat customer and supporter of Spacing Store, based on their unique collection of products, but more so, because of Dave and his customer service. I really hope all the other folks are just as great...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreExtremely rude people at the cash register. Store manager is a horrible human being. I was patiently trying to buy a simple t shirt from Toronto - Iām visiting from Miami, FL with my boyfriend and was actually embarrassed by the crass rudeness and attitude from the two old ladies working there. They actually couldnāt have been ruder and left a feeling of disgust from visiting this art gallery. I simply asked for a medium sized t shirt with a raccoon- it was as if I asked for the owner to go to the moon and back. Her attitude was insane- simply because I didnāt want to disarrange the many t shirts that were neatly arranged. Maybe I shouldnāt have asked at all or gotten it myself, which wouldāve been hard at 5 feet tall. Thank you for your disgusting, condescending entitled attitude and for ruining my vacation with my bf that I havenāt seen in 3 years. But thatās ok, because u donāt seem to give a crap about āmaking peopleās dayā who visit your store. Hope this...
