I recently purchased a pink Dior Wallet on Chain at this location on Friday (just three days ago). I wore it once for about an hour yesterday, and unfortunately, the back of the bag has already stained from the dye of my jeans. While I acknowledge this was my mistake, I was disappointed that no sales associate at the time of purchase mentioned the potential for this kind of damage, especially given how new the bag is. I returned to the store to seek advice on how to address the issue, but was told by one of the sales associates (Fiona Wang) that repairing it would cost $300 with no guarantees of success. When I expressed my concern, she responded dismissively, saying it was "common sense for everyoneā which I found unprofessional and frustrating. While her colleagues were courteous, I was taken aback by Fionaās lack of empathy or professionalism. It may have even been there from before as I did not inspect the shoe upon purchase. After letting the dior team know; they said they wonāt do anything about it because itās not a ādefectā. Majority luxury designer stores repair their goods at little to no cost for the customer, since items $1000+ should not have quality issues. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY.
