My 1st experience here was great. Went for a pedicure and although I had to wait a bit for the service to begin past my appointment time, the service was very good. So good in fact I decided to return a few days later for a foot massage for 2 people. We didn't have an appointment but when we arrived there was not a soul in the place. Found that a bit odd on a busy downtown weekday but..... We had a very difficult time trying to explain to the lady at the front what we wanted as she didn't speak any English. She phoned someone and then another person who worked there appeared. It was all a bit strange to say the least. Eventually we were gestured to take a seat and within a few minutes the woman started massaging my friends back and neck and I sat and waited and waited and waited and waited some more. I finally asked when my foot massage would start as we were both there for the exact same service. This prompted another phone call, I'm guessing to the owner who explained the other girl couldn't or wouldn't be available. It was quite confusing. So at this point we decided to leave and found the girl sitting outside crying. She did apologize as we walked by. Honestly this has to be the strangest experience I've ever come across at any salon. I'd highly recommend you rethink going here. There are many other options with far better service and professionalism. Too bad, the place looks nice but is...

I have mixed feelings about this place. I booked a pedicure & scalp scrub/massage for my birthday. Inside everything is all white: the paint, cushions, chairs, towels, etc. which really shows off how dirty this place is. I was kind of creeped out by that. However, my pedicure was really good and the spa technician really nice. Their music kept glitching every couple minutes and I wished that someone would just turn it off. Maybe a bad connection or something but it was really annoying. It was just me and another lady getting her nails done: sooo many empty seats and rooms which seemed odd. Even odder was the scalp massage. I was freezing cold the entire time. They need to give a heated blanket or something. Very little time was spent on my scalp and the technician massaged my feet & arms as well. She was lovely & sweet but it was a weird experience nonetheless. They moved me from one room to another where they started using some machine on my head. I have no idea what the benefits of that was. My appointment was confirmed multiple times to end at a certain time but they went over that time by 45 minutes. Normally I wouldn’t mind but I had a banking appointment that I ended up being late for (I fell asleep, trusting their timing). The bill was over $400, almost $500 with the tip. I know this place is downtown but the facility and services are NOT high-end. Overall, I’d recommend maybe getting nails done here but...

I booked a combo package of md facial and head spa from class pass. Pros: The facial was very through and the aesthetician really extract all of the black heads. The head spa massage was very nice and it also included a fee and arms massage which was very relaxing. There was a deep scalp cleaning in the beginning which was super nice. Cons: Apparently there was an issue with classpass scheduling, and I was waiting for about 20 minutes to get called to my appointment, however in the meantime the staff were talking in their native language about the issue, which made me a bit uncomfortable as I did not know what exactly they are talking about and it lasted for 20 minutes( not a big deal, but definitely not pleasant) I expected the headspa to leave my hair in a smoother and shinier state, however I did not reach that result and my hair was still super frizzy and dry as it was in the beginning. The treatment took about half an hour less than the posted time and I felt a bit rushed. Also I was not aware of the steps that they were doing and there was no consultation about my concerns in the beginning of the session. I am not sure if this was related to their problem with classpass scheduling or not but overall it was a super average experience.
