Pharmacy Department of London Drugs — Local services in Vancouver

The pharmacy botched up my prescription (I've used this one since March because they provide delivery and I was being careful with Covid) and the pharmacist was rude and not helpful when I phoned to inquire about the missing month and try and figure out what happened. I asked to speak to a pharmacist and I think I got a tech, Ruby, but I'm not sure because I didn't get names during all of the calls.. She didn't even apologize on behalf of the pharmacy or even seem to care and seemed disinterested in the matter. Making a mistake with medication is a very serious problem. I wound up talking to another pharmacist later because they couldn't ring through my credit card (because of the rude and uncaring person's mistake - another mistake - you don't want to see carelessness from a pharmacist) and the second one was much nicer and seemed to understand the ramifications of sending incorrect medications. I'm not even in the profession, and I get how terrible it is to make mistakes in this area, so why didn't the first person I spoke to not get it? Also, delivery was supposed to be today between 10 am - 5 pm (no shorter window) so I've been home all day and haven't heard from them. I've called them and they think it should be...

I experienced a shocking experience today. I went to the pharmacy to ask about there was any product they could suggest to me to reduce the pigmentation of my skin. And the staff, I think, a Filipino wearing glasses. She was very rude and arrogant. Turn her back to me telling me that she is a pharmacist, not a cosmetic assistant. And walked away. I was shocked by the way she treated . We stand there for about two minutes then another person came she kindly listen to us and told us she doesn’t know any products which can solve our problem. I was feel much better with the second person. But it is so hard to see people treated awfully if they ask...

The best snacks here, they have Mexican cola from time to time. Great makeup and skincare selection. You can easily find someone to help you.
