Was thinking of purchasing from Tory Burch's website because I forgot there was a store front in Vancouver. Was purchasing a gift for my wife's birthday. I called to see if there was the purse in-stock and the Associate (i think her name was Samantha/Amanda) informed me that there was a private VIP sale for 4 days and that I should come in for better deals. I went a few days later and spoke to the Associate and she showed me the purse I wanted, and I asked her for more options and she asked me some questions about what I am looking for and she had no problem showing me around the entire shop showing me all the other purses. When I chose the purse she went into the back looking through the entire stock for the purse; at which point I actually changed my mind. Ajla assisted me in looking at options while the other Associate was gone to the back. The Associate had no problem offering their advice and even modelling the purses for me. I then started looking at shoes too, at which point some rude customers came in demanding they be served while I was being served by Ajla; but Ajla remained professional and courteous. Because of the great service I ended up buying more than I originally went in for. I ended up getting a great deal; I paid a little more than the purse for both a purse and shoes; bargain of the century. My wife loved the presents! Thanks for all the...
Read moreI went there twice and people who work in that place were way from being professional. They put a nasty pressure on the customer to buy what they have in store. I'm not happy with their service at all! The last time I went there, one of the ladies, I guess the manager, didn't want me to go upstairs to see the new collections of the bags and shoes! She said the reason is that the workers upstairs were busy serving other customers. Surprisingly enough, a lady entered the store and asked for the bags and the same person, who told me I can't go, said to her you can go there! I was like "what the hell!" I feel so humiliated, and disrespected! If it was not for my mom, I would get out of the store empty handed! Since Vancouver is a tourists city, I hope those salespearons get educated about different cultures instead of judging people based on what they dress. :/ Otherwise they're going to develop a bad reputation which results into losing their customers. I love Tory Burch, but I hate their store in Vancouver! It's the...
