Boathouse — Local services in Vaughan

Terrible customer service. Bigger lady with long hair and glasses is extremely rude. She did not greet us as we passed by her, there was absolutely nobody else in the store. I wanted to try on a T-shirt and she was by the front talking with her coworker, so I went to the change room closest to me and when I’m changing she knocks and yells “how many items do you have” I replied just one. Then she tells me that she has to move me to the other change room because that one was for handicap. Again, there is no body in the store. Then I left and she did not ask how I liked the shirt nor said good bye. I actually really liked the T-shirt and I would’ve bought it, but her attitude...

I am not a person who like to write reviews but I felt like Me and my friend was not welcomed at the store on Tuesday 12 July 4pm.

The girl and the Lady started following me and did not even let me touch the hoodies and when I did they complained how she have to fold them again (and i just checked the collar they were fine I didn’t unfolded them).

If you are so afraid to let customers touch your perfectly folded clothes frame them in glass.

And then we picked the second hoodie we saw and paid. (please be respectful to your paying customer it was one of my fav place to shop for hoodies and no way in hell I will enter that store...

Went to buy swim shorts here, lady helped me which was nice. At checkout I asked “what’s the return policy in case I end up not wearing them?” And she responded “fourteen days”. All good, so I go to purchase them, tap my card, once it’s approved, her coworker with blond hair says “swim wear is final sale by the way, it’s on the receipt”. I looked at both of them holding my credit card and the shorts after both being a part of the conversation a second ago, and they both said nothing, so I said alright then and left. Super lame and kind of scummy, 100% do not recommend...
