Truly the worst experience I've had with retail. I purchased an expensive watch for my fiance, right after we got engaged (July 2022). We had it resized the following week. He's an electrician, so he obviously doesn't wear it to work, so it sat in the box until our engagement party (October 2022). He was wearing it for 10 minutes and the links came apart. I brought it back to Watch It that same week and the man at the counter said the girl resized it incorrectly. He ensured me that it wouldn't happen again, promised, and gave me his word, he was so adamant. The watch sat in the box again until Christmas. The same thing happened as before, the links came apart. At this point, I was SO upset. I brought it back to Watch It and talked to the same man who ensured this wouldn't happen again. I wanted a refund this time because obviously the watch is not up to my standards (or anyone's for that matter). The man refused because of "store policy" (past 14 days). He acknowledged that the watch was brand new (because my fiance literally couldn't wear it without it breaking). He called his "acting manager" because the actual manager was away for 6 months. They still refused. This watch has been nothing but a headache and I honestly didn't want it anymore. I asked for store credit or to exchange for another watch and again, they refused. Their only solution was to send it to the manufacturer because it's under their warranty. They told me they would ship it directly to my house because I didn't want to go in the store again. The watch was shipped to Watch It and they asked me to pay for shipping to my house. I couldn't believe it. Two days later, they called and said they would ship to my house for free. That's the LEAST they could've done. They don't take pride in the products they sell and they're unable to find a reasonable solution. I've worked retail for 15+ years in the past and I never would've treated a customer like this. Their number one priority is the business and not their customers. I will never be buying anything...

I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at WATCH IT, all thanks to a staff member named DEEPALI. She was arrogant, rude, and completely unfit to deal with customers. I had an awful experience at Watch It, Deepali falsely accused me of damaging a watch I tried to return. The watch was in perfect condition, no scratches or wear,with tag on it.But she rudely refused the return, claiming there were âscratchesâ that didnât exist., her tone was cold and disrespectful. She rolled her eyes,and acted like she was being forced to do her job.
Instead of offering help, Deepali seemed more interested in proving she didnât care. No professionalism, no patience â just pure attitude and negativity. Itâs hard to believe someone with such behavior is allowed to represent a retail store.

We were looking for my boyfriends FIRST watch and we received nothing but patience, kindness, options and a professional pleasurable time from Skeve, the representative from Watch it that helped us.
We looked at many watched within out price range and Skeve was more than happy to help us choose from about 4 watches.
Skeve ended up finding the most PERFECT diamond Bulova watch within our price range. Fitted it to my boyfriends wrist perfectly the first time. Polished the watch. & processed our transactions so swiftly and politely.
Immediately upon leaving my boyfriend mentioned "I'm going to come back and get all my watches from Skeve"
We are from Scarborough and to receive Skeve's amazing help while watch shopping is not even in questions..
