As others have noted, prices in general are high when compared to Toys R Us. Now, it's also not a regular toy store going up against Toys R Us. They sell a lot of old action figures, old Transformers, old stuff from last year, or many years ago like the Star Wars figures. Hence, the price is high because there's some collectors value to it. So be warned, it's not necessarily a place you go to buy something for your young kid, but it can be a place to find hard-to-find stuff that is no longer sold at retail at other places. It almost seems like they get their inventory from Toys R Us when it goes on clearance because some things WERE the things that were on sale at TRU or Walmart. So given the irregular inventory of goods, that's what it seems like. But you should be savvy to know what's reasonable, what's not. for example the star wars figures might be old, but not every character is collectable so you don't want to overpay. Know your stuff if you want to be a good consumer, and be willing to check out places. But like i said, they have some old stuff that might fit your collection, and occasionally they do put some stuff on sale or clearance in which case it's priced to move and a great deal. i always pop in just in case there is such a quiet sale. quiet because it's not advertised. so you do occasionally...

One of my kids started enjoying Hot Wheels, I’m not going to fight this trend! But I’m a Dad and don’t have time to BROWSE a Wal Mart.
This is a good, decent and honourable business ( despite the #Labubu reviews but these are collectors ) for an enthusiast.
The Hot Wheels here were double the store, and 1/10th price of collector stores!! The selection was downright mind blowing and truly not breaking the bank for the couple items you’ve been dreaming about ( the #AudiRS6Avant for my Kid ahem cough)
And like they keep the big guns behind the counter I didn’t take a picture of the VERY select and stunning rare stuff. I went to an Art gallery last week, we enjoyed this as much. Some of this stuff I never thought I’d see in my lifetime. My Amazon cart is empty, a small business is where I’m sending gift shoppers.
If you’re out for Hot Wheels or with kids, there is a Toys R Us in Vaughan Mills AND a very big Lego store with all the new official Hot Wheels collaborations.
My deep respect to the owners, for the way they run this space with kindness and respect for the art form and the...
Read moreSo disappointed with the experience at this store. Don't buy anything here unless totally desperate. Everywhere else in the mall sells on average 35% cheaper. For examples bought a simple Lego classic set thinking it's the most common item that's sold everywhere for the same price point. 10 min later saw at Toys R Us the set was 35% cheaper at Regular price - not on sale. When I went back within the same 30 min to address the price difference, and asked what they could do E.g price match or store credit for the difference the answer repeatedly was "sorry that's the policy". Bottom line: store is a rip off. Everything they have is available everywhere else for cheaper. They capitalize on taking advantage of the customers and provide poor service whose managers act...
