I had a very disappointing experience at this store, particularly with a cashier named Camila, whose behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

At checkout, she asked me who had helped me today. I explained that two different staff members had assisted me with trying on different shoes I purchased. Instead of understanding the situation, she openly laughed with one of her male colleagues and mocked me, saying I had “randomly pointed at someone.” Her tone and attitude were condescending and made me feel embarrassed as a customer.

The truth is, none of the staff members introduced themselves during the service, so how could any customer be expected to know their names? All I could do was try to describe who helped me. Camila’s reaction was not only dismissive but also completely uncalled for.

If this is the level of customer service your store provides, it’s only a matter of time before customers stop coming. I strongly urge the management team to take this seriously and ensure that staff receive proper training in basic professionalism and respect.

I will not be returning to this store and cannot recommend...

horrible customer service + care.... went in to purchase a pair of shoes, worker (not sure his name) immediately told me they’re sold out and walked away. I followed him and asked if he could order them for me, seemed extremely lazy and reluctant to go through the trouble of filling out the online order form but filled it out nonetheless. Then proceeded to act as if he had much more important things to do then assist me, felt as if I was burdening him with my small request. left the store shocked at the treatment I recieved, probably the worst customer service i’ve ever recieved while out shopping. furthermore when the shoes finally did arrive at my house it was a completely different style than the one i requested! so unbelievably frusteated at this employee’s lack of interest in proving me with adequate customer service and unwillingness to check his work and assure he did his job properly. horrible experience overall with no intention of returning to...

Something funny happened to me in the store today. Me and my wife went in the store. I was carrying some bags purchased from different store, I literally caught this employee sneaking behind me checking whats inside my bags like I would steal something from the store. So I ask the employee, " Can I help you?" He didn't answer me rather he gavel me a scowl like I asked him a weird question. I don't know what kind of training this store provides to their employees, but if this is new. It would the most ridiculous/annoying thing. Just imagine,you walk in the store and all employees will treat you like your going to steal something instead of providing you good service like other NORMAL stores. I just think It was very rude and unnecessary. Very poor business conduct. This store does not deserve any business specially from me. Not going back there...
