I came to the store on Wednesday to look for a dress for a wedding I found a one , it was the first store I went to I FaceTimed my husband in the store and showed him the dress. He said it was really nice. But look around at a couple other stores I said well Iām just gonna get it and Iāll still have a look at other stores Iām guessing the girl that wanted to make the sale so badly overheard me So the dress was full price I paid for it And then she looks at me after I paid for it and goes. Oh, itās final sale. and I say to her why is it final sale? Is it discounted and sheās like oh no itās because some people wear the dress and try to return it trying to insinuate that I was going to do that was extremely insulting first and foremost second of all the return policy is right there on the front, saying that you have 14 days for exchange or store credit as long as the tag is on and itās not worn obviously if I went around the mall to shop around to see if there was any other dresses it would not have been used or worn for me to bring it back to exchange, but I felt like she did that purposely because she overheard my conversation and she didnāt want me to look around at any other store and she just wanted to make the sale so desperately thatās extremely poor customer service and if something is final, you need to tell the customer before they pay for it not after they pay for it. You take a stamp and just decide out of nowhere that youāre going to make it final sale so needless to say, I will not be shopping at honey at Vaughan Mills anymore Because that was extremely wrong...

I purchased a dress two months in advance specifically to avoid last-minute stress. After not receiving any updates, I visited the store two weeks later, only to be told that the dress was lost in transit. The associate promised to call me when it was located.
I followed up again today, and after speaking with the manager, I was informed that the dress was found. However, when I asked for it to be put on hold, the manager (Shanyah) rudely refused, stating that they had to sell it to someone else. She did not apologize or show any understanding of my frustration and even refused to connect me with someone higher up to address my concerns.
I commuted all the way from downtown to Vaughan Mills to get this specific dress, and now I am left scrambling to find another outfit. This has been the worst customer service experience Iāve ever had, and Iām deeply disappointed by how poorly this situation was handled.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to your processes and customer service training to prevent this from...

I came in looking to buy a dress for my bridal shower with (very) short notice. I was stressed and anxious to go shopping alone, since the only time I had to go was right after work. I walked into honey knowing I only had an hour left until the mall closed, and I was eager to find something for my event. The ladies made me feel right at home and were super friendly and helpful as I tried on multiple dresses within the hour. Not only did they give me their opinion on each dress, but they also gave me advice on how to style them to make them look even cuter. They were always there when I needed help with a zipper, getting a different size, or needed a hype woman. Eventually, I found a dress for my bridal shower and I am so happy with the one I chose, thanks to these wonderful ladies - Shanyah, Rosha & Blaze. I will definitely be back just because of the amazing experience...
