Let’s start with the good: The staff that I dealt with at this location were all wonderful. All smiles and always willing to help find what you need. No complaints there. Unfortunately that is where the positive ends and the only reason for a 2 star rating in my books. If not for the staff, it would be 1 star.
The Bad: These products are expensive which is fine with me as I bought one pair for my wife who enjoys wearing them and says they are comfortable and most importantly warm during the cold winter months. I also bought a pair as a holiday gift. The problem is that if you don’t purchase a protective spray for the boots after dropping hundreds of dollars, upon wearing them once or twice, they will quickly get stained and its impossible to repair the damage done.
The UGGly: My wife wore them once and unfortunately they got stained of course. I tried to contact the store directly multiple times with no response on the phone. I even reached out to UGG’s head office and spoke with a customer service rep named “Aldo”. He tried to help and created a customer service ticket for his supervisors to review. Within less than an hour they responded that the stain on the boots was not covered under warrantee even though it was within the 30 days return/exchange policy. At the very least they could have admitted they failed in properly advising of how to care for the product and avoid stains. Simply disappointing and I will never shop here again or any UGG store location. They have lost my business and I will make sure everyone I talk to will know not to purchase their products. You just lost a loyal...
Read moreWhat a horrible and horrendous customer service I experienced ! I never seen this in my life before ! I went into the store on Jan 11th 2025 between 4:30-5pm the store was pretty full . I needed help and some advice on a pair of boots . I look over desperately for help and I see 3 sales reps (3 girls and a guy ) standing together talking away . Then I asked another girl for help and she said she’s busy with a customer so I waited . When she was done I said now that you’re done can u plz help me and get me a shoehorn so I can slip my foot in easier? she gives it to me and walks away. so now I just started helping myself, bending down with a bad back looking for a different sizes, pulling out boxes sweating struggling , and I’m sure these rude ignorant kids seeing this with not a care in the world continued taking to each other How sad and disgusting for such a known popular store like Uggs at such a busy time with such terrible inexperienced customer service !!! I was stressed out and shocked how these ppl just stood there calmly talking away and watching me struggle without asking to help, sickening !!! .. I will never ever go back ! Customer service must do something about proper training before hiring and putting these useless people on...
Read moreEdit: This store has changed since my last review 2 years ago. Most items today were bailey at 40% off. The deep discounts were odd colour Bailey with polka dots. The store no longer gives 50% off. Mostly 20% to 30% off with a good half of the store at full price. Ugg also has UggPure versus UggPlush which has cheapened the overall brand. I don't shop here anymore as better deals can be found elsewhere. I also stopped buying uggs because of the change to UggPlush which is a blended pre-fabricated shearling and not 100% real shearling like its earlier days.
Original review: There is always a sale at this store and the clearance section is in the back. Women's size 7-8 are hard to find but there is a gem if you go often enough. Got the Ugg Classic Short boot for $75 each in chestnut both the waterproof version and regular non-waterproof version. The outlet will sell the 'older year' or prior season versions of the same boot that is in their regular retail store. However, sometimes, Winners has the better deal. Like the tall Sundance in Chestnut for $150. So it depends. You have to...
