I have been using Queasle's stores as a resource since I was 14 years old. They used to deliver parts to me when I had a repair shop in the basement of my parent's home in Duncan back in 1959. They don't have any local competition in Victoria where I am now but there was and it folded because they couldn't compete. I have heard some people complain about the service but people have to understand that it's not like the now defunct (Canada) Radio Shack store, they mostly have commercial customers and they always come first. Anyway, I like the help they give and especially their old hand Fred who has been there longer than dirt and who I now consider to be a friend....

This place has a great set of tools to do the job right. Anything smaller than 18 gauge, you can probably find here, as well as the tools required. I will easily end up here again. Their key item of a marker type Flux was super handy in the engine harness I was working on as I had to do it in place. Terrible customer service. If your not a professional they are dismissive, condescending, and rude. If someone is trying to learn they should be supportive since they will be your knowledgeable customer in the not too distant future. It wasn’t busy and I was told they don’t have time for hobbyists.
