Petit Bazaar — Local services in Hong Kong

TLDR: Staff ruined my shopping experience because she thinks I am going to steal baby toys. Insulted by the whole experience.

Incident: My partner and I are genuinely shopping for baby toys that are meant to be gifts, so naturally one would spend a little more time in the store to explore your products.

One of your staff, (Unfortunately, I did not get her name) all I could say is that she is a skinny lady with very short hair, wearing Harry Potter glasses, kept following us around asking us the same question more than once, "What are you looking for?" when I have already answered her "we are just browsing". It was her unfriendly tone, gawking face, and hovering and following that gave it away. If not her, she had one of her colleagues, a young tall boy, to follow us around.

I don't know what is her problem, but just because I stayed in the store longer than the other casual customers to explore your products, it made her think that I am a shoplifter.

I feel pretty insulted by the whole experience. I love your products but I am damn sure I am not going to purchase them from petit bazaar. There are other stores that sell the same products, I rather buy it from them.

Reminder to everyone who reads this, don't bother to come here. Definitely better...

Although the products are very nice, the customer service is not worth the price! I have been offered a bracelet with a pendant, after 1 day I lost it, I had to buy one again, just out of the shop I almost lost it again but this time hopefully I noticed. So I went back to seek for another bracelet to buy in order not to loose again this pendant. I was not even offered a conmercial gesture despite I had to buy 2 more items to be able to wear my gift. Being pregnant and wanted to buy several things from them I will be forced to find...

The team first replied my request within 5 minutes via email and discussed with me via WhatsApp afterwards. They are polite and helpful! They addressed to my request promptly and provide various delivery options. The product is half of the price comparing to other stores and delivered so quickly!
