Pros: Clean, quiet, comfortable space. They were able to take me at the last minute as a walk in, and as a foreigner visiting it was helpful that staff spoke English. Prices are also great. They seem to specialize in Thai massages (maybe obvious from the name); I went for a lymphatic drainage massage but they still started by stepping on and cracking my back, which was nice.
Cons: Truly the worst massage of my life, at several points I was in severe pain and had to ask the masseuse to stop. I have had lymphatic drainage massages in multiple countries (including outside the US) and it was clear that the masseuse was not sure how to do this. Unfortunately the WhatsApp booking service is not professional as the receptionist ghosted me when I tried to reschedule my appointment. I was physically ill and concerned if it’s contagious, so I messaged the WhatsApp at the early morning, tried my best inform them asap but unfortunately they only cancelled my appointment and refused to reply back. I ended up book it successfully by another phone no and the staff replied immediately. At the standpoint of business management, if you like to reduce the risk of cancellation, may have just ask for small deposit of each booking and at the same time giving reschedule rights to the customers.
