This place seems very inconsistent in the level of their massage therapists. The first visit here was amazing (you can ask for Lee), no faults - the pressure was spot on and my legs felt so much lighter after. The second visit was terrible! First the lady taking the booking got it completely wrong, 6pm turned into a 4.30pm booking, 2 people booked as 1 person, they didn't even bother to write down my contact number which I had to remind them of asking me for in the first place, the only thing correct was my name which was pointless since they couldn't cal back to confirm. Since the booking was so wrong we had to wait 30mins before anything happened. So we decided to reduce the time from 90mina to 60mins instead, then they forgot to massage the neck and shoulders. To top it all off the message therapist I had used the strength as if smearing cream on my legs and she had long nails that kept digging into my skin. I loved this place at first. OI and Pim are both really good at what they do.

But today when I went with my mom, they were overbooked. So while my mom had her massage, I had to wait 30 mins. Poor management and lack of apologies from the receptionist.

Janet is the masseuse who was paired with me. She was so distracted and kept talking to my mom’s masseuse. There was no effort whatsoever. When I kindly asked them to focus, stop chatting, and go a little harder. Janet went super hard with her elbow, digging into my bone and all sensitive areas.

I would love to like this place and I actually got a big package here. But this experience really disappointed me and I am not sure all in all, it’s worth to continue my plan.

Will never again try this place. I have been to so many places for the same kind of massage and so far had good experience. The curtain was not even closed and the lights were on. Someone kept coming in and out while I was having the massage. The lady probably spent less than few minutes massaging each area as she kept using tissue to wipe off the oils everytime she finishes one area. I told her that I have frozen shoulder and not to touch it completely ignored me lift my arms and droppedi it. And no pressure during massage on the legs it felt like she just kept putting oil on but pressed on the most sensitive in other areas. The lady did not even massage my front side and the shoulders area. There are other places that charges the same but...
