After a disappointing roast goose experience the day before, I was determined to redeem my faith in this iconic dish. As luck would have it, during a morning walk, I stumbled upon Sun Yuen, a restaurant I knew nothing about. With a simple hope to satisfy my craving for roast goose, I decided to give it a shot.

From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with the tantalizing aroma of freshly roasted meats and a display of food that could tempt even the fullest stomach. Without hesitation, I ordered a combination of char siu, roast pork, and, of course, goose.

To my delight, the meal was nothing short of extraordinary: The char siu was perfectly seasoned, tender, and flavorful, each bite melting effortlessly in my mouth. The staff here were just the sweetest! Their cheerful and welcoming vibe was such a delightful surprise, especially for a Hong Kong BBQ restaurant.
