Dear all, This weekend my family and I visited Prague for Christmas. We decided to stay at Rassidon Blue Hotel. Our experience was not good at all. A very expensive hotel but in terms of quality and services it lags far behind the competition. We had booked a restaurant in the centre of the city and wanted to check in, change our clothes and get a little rest… So no special requirements…To our surprise, nothing of this was possible. The staff told us at 1 pm that we could check in two hours. Zero willingness to push anyone to get our rooms a little bit earlier, actually not saying anything…just we can not acommodate you. You can imagine that it was really inconvenient for us, as well for our three children. I personally travel a lot but I haven't encountered such a behaviour for a long time... in the hotel and in the restaurant you can get a bottle of chlorinated water for CZK 100.. breakfast one big chaos.. no place to sit…OK, we can wait of course a while but lack of interest from the staff was not understandable. Only said: we have no place right now…. And let us stand there without any interest…At the end our family had to sit devided by dirty and unlaid tables. Yes, the hotel was fully occupied and I can imagine that something can go wrong but this time it was from the beginning until the end. In my opinion the hotel has no management and if so, very bad.

My stay at the Radisson Prague was absolutely delightful! The hotel is perfectly located, making it so easy to explore the stunning city of Prague. The room was comfortable and spotless, and I was thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade to a room with a balcony!! Being recognized as a VIP member with early check-in and complimentary bar drinks truly added to the warm and welcoming experience. The front desk staff were exceptional—friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. The checkin process was smooth and they even provided a universal adapter for charging, which made things even more convenient. Breakfast was a great start to the day, with a good variety of options to choose from. It was the perfect way to fuel up before heading out for more adventures. Overall, I absolutely adored my time at the Radisson Prague. It was a perfect blend of comfort, service, and little luxuries. I can’t recommend it enough to anyone visiting this magical city of Prague.

Being a life time gold member as well as platinum member for 7 years in Sheraton hotels, I have to say that I had my worst experience with this hotel. Management are completely unprofessional and they don’t know how to deal with platinum guests. They canceled my reservation (which was booked at a flexible rate because they couldn’t preauthorize the credit card although this is not part of the booking policy and despite I told them that I will check with the bank) in a very rude way in the middle of the email discussion without even caring to call me although I asked in the email that I don’t want to have more email exchange on this topic and further discussion should be over the phone with the reservation manager so she just decided to cancel my reservation during her days off without caring to call me or waiting till she returns. I think they cancelled my reservation because the hotel was sold out during this period and they wanted to sell my room at a higher price as I booked it early and the rate went up afterwards. I stayed more than 600 nights in sheraton hotels and i can clearly say that this is the worst treatment and management I have ever seen in the last 9 years. They don’t know how to deal with frustrated customers (actually they are very good in increasing your frustration) and they lack the minimum skills of customer communication and satisfaction. Being a very frequent traveler I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone as it is also considered very expensive compared to other very luxurious hotel options in Prague like grand Majestic Plaza, Grandium Prague, Radisson In, Hilton and many others. I would give them zero stars if this would have...
