Nillens — Local services in Geziret al Zamalik, Jazirat al Zamalik

I bought bed linen and towels  from nillens and expected for the price I payed, to get a high-end quality product. I was mistaken and feel cheated.

The shop is attractive and the bed linen and towels shows very well on the shelves. The beautiful printed design is almost Nordic in its simplicity.

When I got home and spread the bed sheet out over the madras the printed design area was just 25 cm and only in one end. And even worse, when tugging the sheet in under the madras the design area was now below the madras and couldn't be seen. I bought the bed sheet for its design but it's just a cheap​  gimmick to sell the sheets in the shop. What you are left with is an ordinary plain white bed sheet

No information is given about the thread count on the printed part of the transparent pouch, and in the shop the seller deflected my question. A high tread count is great selling point. Why nileens don't think it's necessary to inform their customers makes you wonder.

The towels came without the usual cotton strings to hang them on a peg on the wall. The customer will need to find another way to secure the towels or they will regularly fall down  on the bathroom floor. Apparently the owners expects the buyers to finish their product at home.

I am seriously disappointed and shall not buy...
