The restaurant is clean, and the sandwiches are delicious (except for the Sakalan sandwich, which is made with Lebanese halawa, eshta (thick cream) and honey, it's good but not wow). No English menu, but you just need to choose a) 4 or 7 sandwich combo; b) how many sausage or liver sandwiches (take a mix - they're both yummy); c) Coke or Sprite drink. Total was under EGP70.
