Marche de Noël Annecy - Village des Alpes — Local services in Annecy

If it is the same as last year, don't go. I can only assume the local reviewers who call themselves 'local guides' have never been or it is the only one they have visited. No decorations, rap music only, no local food, chinese tat on the stands. Frankly it is embarrassing but seems to be what the local left-wingers think is 'Noel'.

So, just look at the photos. Most are of the stands in the old town and not related to the Nel des Alpes by Courier. The photos show Canadian, Italian, Swiss and others but very few French and the only one I found selling French stuff sold inedible 'aligot'. The reviews seem to come from many 'local guides' but I reckon this is a con since there are very few registered local guides, if any. And BTW, most of the stuff sold is Chinese anyway

As an Annecy resident, I find this to be a disgrace when we consider...

C'était génial pour une première. Les commerçants sont gentils, c'était familial, on a même vu des pères Noël en paddle, le cadre est fabuleux. Mention spéciale au stand d'aligot, canadien et marrons chaud.

Si je devais enlever des étoiles ça serait aux gens qui viennent au marché de Noël !

J'ai lu que les commerçants n'étaient pas aimables = forcément à force de servir des gens malpolis, impatients, avec un rythme très rapide, dans le froid. Un bonjour et un merci c'est la base de l'éducation et c'est le minimum ! Aujourd'hui j'ai vu une commerçante pleurer et ça m'a fait mal au cœur à cause d'une famille odieuse.

Pas assez de stands ? Forcément avec une clientèle peu aimable pendant la saison, l'année d'après ils ne reviennent pas !

Des prix élevés ? C'est les prix il faut rentabiliser le prix du chalet messieurs dames et gagner sa croûte c'est normal !

Bref je ne vais pas commenter toutes les âneries que j'ai pu voir, mais vous n'êtes jamais contents, c'est jamais assez rapide, assez bon, assez bas prix.

Moi je leur trouve bien du courage et à leur place je ne vous servirez pas ! Et ça vaut pour les stands artisanaux aussi. Soyez respectueux et...
