We are absolutely appalled by this store! On September 17th, we bought cheese that was supposedly vacuum-packed. However, the packaging was not properly airtight – no wonder the cheese had already started to mold less than 10 days later! The saleswoman claimed it would last for 3 months. Obviously a blatant lie to sell the product at a high price. As if that weren’t bad enough: We were only told the price at the checkout, and it wasn’t weighed beforehand – a clear attempt to rip off customers. That’s not just unprofessional, it’s pure exploitation! We expect a refund, as the product was inedible from the start. Something like this simply should not be sold. Absolutely outrageous and highly untrustworthy – we strongly advise everyone not to shop here. There is also no way to contact them no email no...

An absolute trap! The lovely mood while walking around beautiful Colmar was quickly ruined as we innocently walked inside the store. The smell was fabulous, the cheese selection looked great. We got to taste a piece of each cheese. Then, after pointing out two cheeses we enjoyed most, we got scammed in a matter of seconds. The worker did not ask how many grams we want and very quickly pointed to a massive piece with his knife. After I said we want way less, he still cut an enourmous piece without checking with us twice. After I said it's still too much for us, he said we MUST take the whole piece. Everything happened so quickly - we didn't have the time to change our minds. Ended up paying 110€ for the two pieces, left us with a bad aftertaste and feeling cheated. AVOID AT...

The Cheese is very good, but be careful when you buy cheese at this place!!! I would recommend you to state CLEARLY how many grams that you want. Because the big size of the cheese in relation to the piece they cut is misleading and deceptive. So it looks like the piece that they cut is smal in relation to the big cheese that they cut from. So you will get a nice surprise when you are about to pay (I was forced to pay €100 for my piece), their service is objectionable since they wont accommodate you when the piece have been cut if you realize afterwords that it is too much. So I felt deceived while buying cheese here and I will never go back because their way of treating customers is awful and I would not recommend any of my friends to go...
