Zara — Local services in Grasse

Extremely rude manager and security. I was accused of stealing a bag that I had purchased in Paris the week prior. It was full of my wet beach towel, wet swimmers, covered in marks from the beach that day etc. I was told it was their stock and they would take it from me. Held at the door and made a scene about. They refused to look at the security cameras. They could speak English and started with English but then only spoke French to me. I do not understand French so not helpful. I had to tell them that it would be stealing from me if they took the bag. They were laughing and smiling at me when they got the manager as if they had just caught me red handed, demanding a receipt. Which I obviously didn’t have as I bought the bag last week and was using it!! Extremely rude, arrogant staff. After all of that we were just waved off as if we were the rude people in the scenario. Zara is a great store but this store's staff is very racist and profiles non-caucasians. I'm Asian & don't speak French, and I got asked to scan my bag, limited pieces in the fitting room, asked for picture ID while paying, and rude questions about why my card doesn't have a name. This is Zara, not Chanel for Christ's sake. Also, people around me (all caucasians then) weren't treated that way. Nobody got asked for ID nor bag scan.

The girl with the fake tan (she's too brown) and blonde hair and the guy with the ponytail (brunette) was seriously insulting for my experience in Zara Cannes. I have NEVER been treated this way before, even at LV or Chanel.
