Be very careful, they are practicing fraudulent activities to sell banking products to gullible customer . In my case, I approached to open an account , and as a EEA Citizen I am entitled to open bank account without much fuss (under banking regulations in EEA). They pushed through a dozen pages to sign and forgot to mention they were including a home insurance at a cost. I checked all these document at home, and realised the insurance was included at a cost and emailed to cancel immediately on the same day and they said do not worry , its taken care of. I checked my statement , not expecting this transaction, there was a fee from the bank and I asked what it was and they did not reply. After many attempts , they finally admitted that it is for an insurance that I never asked for. And that I will have to cancel it myself via registered post now , they will not do it. I have worst experience in this bank, I apply loan from this bank then they said only 1 time payment only for insurance to get loan. Then while I made a payment they will another fees. Until I am broke already. It's true they scam and fraud to the people needs loan. This man Thomas Burbel have many company working. He works here BNP bank and work in POSTAL bank. C'est une catastrophe… les bras m’en tombent . Je suis obligée de mettre une étoile, mais elle n'est même pas méritée. Agence fantôme, conseillers en voie de disparition : impossible de les joindre au téléphone. Chaque demande semble très compliquée pour eux à réaliser, j’ai l’impression que personne n’est vraiment formé c’est vraiment que du à peu près, on tente comme sa et si sa fonctionne bah tant mieux . Aucune coordination interne : ils ne consultent même pas les échanges précédents pour avoir un minimum de contexte avant de répondre aux mails sur l'application. Bref, si vous cherchez une vraie agence avec des personnes présentes pour vous, passez votre chemin. ENFAITE NON CE NEST PAS L’agence à fuir c’est la BNP en général …. CATASTROPHIQUE ! Tout est à reprendre dans cette agence, en commençant par mettre des lignes téléphoniques sur lesquelles vous êtes réellement joignables.
