Out of nowhere I felt the desire to eat a hotdog. Well, there weren’t many hotdog restaurants and diners. I read about Clark Hot Dog and walked some kilometers to get there. The guy I met there had a natural kindness and, after trying to speak French, he switched to perfect English for me. We had a nice short conversation and I watched him preparing my hotdog. As sauce I chose mango-curry for my Brooklyn hotdog. And this hotdog reminded me of the ones I ate in the states as a teenager. Fantastic taste, good consistency. You need to eat one...

Sometimes you need a quick bite on your way to an event with boozy cocktails, and Clark is ideal because these hot dogs are high quality, highly customizable, fast to get, and also very inexpensive. The owner clearly has a good scheme going here, because we felt luxurious in our topping options and the service, but also they were ready in a minute and incredibly delicious. I know that if I’m ever hungry and on the go in Paris, Clark will be there for me as a delicious and inexpensive option....
