I would give a negative 5 stars if I could. Due to the rail strike in France that was supposed to be scheduled for another day we were unable to go to France to partake in this perfume making activity (we were in the U.K). Much like other reviewers on here we were scammed out of our money by the owner Emanuel himself, he said that we would be able to reschedule it but it would cost around €260 per person and that is an up charge of almost 200% of what we paid which was only around €90. We then said no and he then has the audacity to tell us that we are the ones ruining his business by requesting to refund our tickets to this experience. We would have gladly went to France and done the experience but we had already booked the train tickets weeks prior to our trip out to the U.K and we did not know that the rail strike would have occurred on this day due to the fact that we booked around it. It would be great for us to get our money back because we had around 6 tickets booked so that’s already €540, and with the “rescheduling fee” that would have been around €2000 spent and we would not even be guaranteed our activity due to the ongoing rail strike. I am glad that we chose not to spend that absurd amount of money on an experience of making perfume. This is absolutely not how you run a business, it does not matter where in the world you are, you are supposed to treat your customers with respect and we will show the same but when you show us absolutely zero respect as a human being that’s when there’s problems. I do not and I repeat DO NOT recommend you ever book this activity at least not with this sorry excuse of a man because I am sure there are many other reviews about this activity that may be positive but that’s because it’s not showing a dire situation of someone not getting their “hard earned” money that was taken unruly from customers just looking to have a fun time while traveling abroad. Thank you everyone, god bless and make sure to never trust this man or his “experience” ever again because it’s not gonna be making perfume, it’s gonna be making calls to your credit...

⚠️Do Not Book Here⚠️ Emmanuel, was so rude due to the Eurostar strike our train ride was canceled! We notified Emanuel as soon as we got the notification. We asked for a refund due to the fact of we couldn’t get to Paris, not due to any fault of our own but because of the strike. However, Emmanuel decided that because we booked it no matter what we still had to pay so we’re not receiving a service yet he still holding onto our €500. I respect and understand that businesses need to make money. However, the strike is out of our control, and we wanted to come to Paris. To take someone’s money, like that is honestly unethical and shows a lack of a moral compass. This company is money hungry, and they take advantage of people. All they want is your money and don’t care about any type of...

The perfume workshop I attended had a great atmosphere. Knowledgeable and fun. The ingredients are of high quality. I actually like the perfume I created. Will go back when I get the chance.

Only thing I did not enjoy was the location mistake. I thought the workshop was gonna be in their main store on a commercial street. I got there, then got told that my workshop was held in another location of theirs, 5 minutes walk away. It turned out to be a 10-15 minutes walk and I tried to walk really fast. Still I was a little late to arrive at my workshop. When I arrived, the couple who sat next to me asked "Did you do the power walk as well?". So yeah, not just me. Hope the location is better shown in the booking confirmation email or better indicated in other ways...
