Memorable Culinary Experience From the moment we stepped into **Aldéhyde**, we were struck by its elegant yet inviting décor. The ambiance was a perfect blend of modern sophistication and warmth, with tasteful design elements that made us feel both relaxed and excited for the meal ahead. The service was impeccable from start to finish— attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about the dining experience. This same level of care was reflected in every dish, where technique and creativity shone through. A true highlight was meeting Chef Youssef Marzouk whose talent and warm hospitality made our meal unforgettable. He took time to come thank us and share briefly about his inspirations, and his dedication to seasonal, high-quality ingredients was evident in every bite. We chose the €45 lunch menu (entrée, plat, dessert), an absolute steal for the level of craftsmanship on the plate. Paired with a superb bottle of red wine*, it felt like a luxurious experience at an incredible value. Our meal began with an amuse-bouche—though slightly lacking in depth, it was a playful start. Each course that followed was executed with finesse, showcasing Chef Marzouk’s skillful touch. Aldéhyde is a gem —where outstanding food, a beautiful setting, and heartfelt hospitality come together seamlessly. We’ll undoubtedly be back to explore the ever-changing menu. A must-visit for discerning food lovers.

I chose the 7-course menu with wine pairing (six half-glass). I appreciate the gastronomique journey. The chef came to table and explain the dish with story behind. The sauces were amazing. Each sauce was a perfect mix of prestigious and rich-in-flavor ingredients. The cuisine at Aldehyde is a cuisine modern. The chef identified different techniques and ingredients all around the worlds (occidental, asian, african) and each dish was a mix of some of them. All staff were nice. They even kindly gave some wine for my friend (not ordering wine pairing) to taste. They were also flexible in changing menu type for my friend during the meal. However, I wish to have more time to discuss more about the food but they were very busy. But it is ok since they are a small team.

While planning a trip to France for my wife's birthday, and our 25th anniversary, one of the items on her "bucket list", was to eat at a michelin starred restaurant. After a perusal of the Michelin guide, we decided on Aldehyde. The experience significantly exceeded my expectations. The restaurant team was wonderfully patient and kind to us. The food was incredibly flavorful and surprising with unusual but wonderful flavors. It is no exaggeration to say it was quite literally like no other meal we have had. We are relative wine novices, but found all the wine pairings greatly increased out enjoyment of the food. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
