Funicular Upper Station — Local services in Paris

We were here this afternoon, traveling with four family members. Two of my kids did nit purchase the tickets and we were stopped by the staff at the exist. They required us to pay the fine of Euro 100. We did have concern as we were using the ticketing machine. Most of the customers in the line were foreigners. We all are not familiar with the regulation and rules. As traveling to other countries almost young family members under 12 year old taking public transportation were free. As being first time here I am concerned of this and would like to seek assistance from the staff. However, we saw no one sitting in the station on duty and decided to bring all family members to take the cable car with tickets first parents only. We were not meant to escape the ticket, nor didn’t want to pay. Without any clear sign showing every entry needs to pay there has been some controversies. The staff stopped us at the exist. We argued with them politely and expressed we were more than willing to pay for four tickets but they refused. However, the staff were tough and harsh and kept us for a while. We paid Euro 100 reluctantly. We should call the police and get our money back. I strongly urge the authority concerned to set clear sign reminding all passengers to pay for every entry including the kids for the purpose of clarifying the controversy. Then it should be staff stationing in the ticketing machine to double check. Since the passengers are mostly foreigners not familiar with local laws. The authority concerned should be more considerate. My daughter was terrified and kept asking why the staff fined us and kept us from leaving until I paid the fine. It is the worst experience of my taking public transportation across the Europe and the world. You should walk instead of taking this transportation for not being trapped in controversy and misunderstandings. I did enjoy my stay in Paris, except of this bad and...

Kiek supratau čia yra nusistovėjusi sukčiavimo vieta. Bilietų pardavėja Jums parduoda bilietą. Ji kalba telefonu ir su jumis nebendrauja, tik duoda suprasti man, kad galimybės atsiskaityti grynais nėra. Įėjimo vartai į funikulierių neatsidaro, arba bilietas blogas, arba vartai neveikia. Netikėtai atsiranda du jaunuoliai kurie tiesiog peršoka vartus. Vėliau prie vartų ateina žmogus su akiniais ir lazda. Jis šlubuoja. Jo bilietas irgi neatidaro įėjimo vartų, tada jis tiesiog pralenda pro vartų šoną. Aš matydamas, kas vyksta praeinu vartus per apačia, nes jie neatsidaro. Nusileidus žemyn prie išėjimo visi praeina po įtartinus žmones kurie tikrina bilietus - tiesiog tamsoje į jį pasižiūrėdami. Tie du jaunuoliai kurie peršoko pro vartus (parodė man spektaklį) buvo išleisti. Ir tas vyras kuris šlubavo, kurio bilietas neatidarė vartų buvo išleistas. Manęs neišleido ir pradėjo sakyti, kad sumokėčiau baudą nes iškvies policiją ir mokėsiu dar daugiau. Kol jie norėjo iš manęs pinigų, funikulierius nusileido antrą kartą, išėjo dvi merginos ir vienos neišleido dėl tos pačios priežasties. Mačiau, kaip ji sumokėjo pinigus. Kas įdomu buvo stebėti, kad jie nesistengė paaiškinti kodėl išleido tuos du jaunuolius kurie peršoko vartus ir neturėjo bilietų ir tą vyrą su ėjimo lazda kurio bilietas neatidarė vartų kaip ir man. Mums ginčijantis, kalbant, tas vyras su ėjimo lazda ir tie jaunuoliai iš kitos pusės atsisėdo į funikulierių ir pakilo į viršų nors buvo tik ką nusileidę! Tas žmogus su barzda, kuris manęs nenorėjo išleisti dingo, nepamačiau kur, gal prie kito funikulieriaus nes jis tik ją nusileido. Vietoj jo paliko merginą kuri ramiai, bet tvirtino, kad turiu susimokėti. Galiausiai pasakiau, kad sumokėsiu ir ji išsitraukė iš kišenės kortelių skaitytuvą ir nuskaičiavo 35€

Manau čia vyksta spektaklis turistams ir tada iš jų išviliojami pinigai. Gali būti, kad čia įsipainioję ir bilietų pardavėjas, ir "neįgalus" žmogus, ir du jaunuoliai. Be abejonės ir grupė kuri laukia apačioje ir neleidžia išeiti. Net jei ta grupė žmonių kuri nenori išleisti ir oficialūs darbuotojai, akivaizdu, kad sukurtas midelis kaip iš atvykėlių papildomai pasipelnyti.
